OMG. I was so hungry… We wanted BBQ. We’ve driven past this truck for a while and it smelled good. I asked the lady if she made the sides there herself or if she had store bought .She replied «we make it ourselves». I was so excited! We ordered two «rib tip» plates at 9.99 a pop. On one, I asked for potato salad and baked beans. On the other I opted for cole slaw and corn or the cob. It smelled really good in the car on the way home. I opened my carton to find nothing more than disappointment. The corn was frozen, beans from a can, potato salad most likely from a grocery store with just added salt, and hard biscuits. And NO slaw. She didn’t even get my order right. I should have taken that money and got myself a slab of ribs. It may have taken some time, but at least I would have gotten my moneys worth.
