I never write reviews… but I wanted to share my results since I started working with Lauren one month ago. I have been doing pilates for over a decade and feel very passionate about the strength gained when done properly. For many years I ran at least 3 times a week combined with pilates 3 – 4 times a week. Over the past year my workout regimen has been a bit more relaxed, going only to pilates 3 times a week. Recently I tried to start running again and could not make it 2 miles without loosing my breath. Generally, I’m a fit women and feel like I eat well. But about 4 weeks ago(after being weighed at the doctors) I realized I was at the top of my weight range. So, I started to eat clean and spin with Lauren three times a week. In four weeks I have gotten back to my normal weight and can now run over two miles without getting winded. My endurance is coming back. What makes this studio different is the time they take to educate on proper technique and encouragement to get the most out of your workout, as well as being a one-stop shop for cardio and full body strengthening. They keep the classes small to give personal attention and I honestly cannot say enough positive things. Thank you Lauren!

I took three spin classes with Lauren while I was in town on business. This place is a local gem! The studio is open, airy and brand new. Lauren’s classes were challenging and fun. I’d recommend her classes to a veteran spinner as well as the newbie, both will feel totally at ease here. I only wish I’d had the time to try out their Pilates classes. I’ll be back for sure, whenever I’m in town.

This is a brand new indoor cycling and pilates studio in downtown. Great location and spacious place with high ceilings loft style and lots of natural light. It caters to clients who enjoy small size classes. They have 4 brand new reformers and about nine spin cycles, very smooth ones. I have taken spin and combo classes for the last two months and every time I leave the studio with a feeling of how lucky I am to live so close to this studio where I can get an intense and balanced workout. The combo class offers 30 minutes pilates and 30 minutes, a great combination. I certainly recommend this gym !
