Off duty — hanging out in the parking lot at Kaiser San Marcos blocking multiple open parking spaces while they sat outside and had a nice lengthy conversation. I’ve seen these drivers before. They are reckless at best. I would never use them or trust them with my family members medical transport. Just another case of young recently graduated EMTs feeling entitled

Care provided needed ambulance service for me from Kaiser to Scripps. Went like clockwork at both hospitals. Staff friendly and smooooth gurney ride. Don’t know what more I could ask of an ambulance service.

I was not impressed this morning. I was driving northbound 163 doing 65 miles an hour when unit 05 license plates 6I61763 when this unit just flew by doing unsafe lane changes, careless driving. I guess next time I will video recorded the incident and post it on youtube and call San Diego Police Department. I ventured to reach out to Scot Sturtevant, but he seemed unconcern.

Not everything is an emergency. So when you need to get to the hospital, and don’t have transportation, avoid the 911 call and schedule through Care Ambulance.
I was impressed by the very clean ambulance and able EMTs. This occasion called for a gurney transport from a hospital. The EMTs were familiar with hospital protocol and zipped through the paperwork. Two strong EMTs lifted the patient carefully from the hospital bed to the gurney paying special attention to any patient special needs.
The drive back to home was pleasant and I was allowed to ride in the ambulance as long as i wore a seat belt. This may be one of the best priority 3 transports around. Why not give them a try.
