This Carl’s Jr. never gets my orders right also they don’t know the difference between a big carl and the famous star

Carls Jr is my go to, i can trust that the food is grilled not fried, always pretty good food its on the pricey side but its worth it to me !

Can I give negative stars?! EVERY single time I come here either something is missing or it’s made wrong. I have been 4 times only because it’s convenient and I always think they will be better the next time. Unfortunately no. I ordered a combo tonight because it sounded like the better deal. well $ 7 for a burger (which was cold) and a small drink was not what I had in mind. Yes, they forgot my fries. Last time I ordered a plain bacon biscuit and I got a plan biscuit. There was no bacon. Which I had paid for. If you’re going to forget half of my meal, then at least don’t make me pay for it. To say the least, I’m over this place. They need to do a triple check before sending the bags out of the window.

Just found a Pubic hair in fries. Will never eat at this location again now. Brushed my teeth twice. Can’t stop thinking about it. First time for everything, hopefully last. So frikken gross

They have great service they have messed up my order a few time but it doesn’t stop me from going they’re very nice

This is a long over due review: stopped by after midnight and ordered food to go– sat down and the food was COLD! Not talking room temp., but like it came out of the fridge! I called to complain and they said they would refund it. I asked if my husband could stop by instead, jotted down his info. He stopped by and they didnt know what he was talking about! Finally this lady manager called me and offered all these coupons to make up for it, then she just offered to send me a cash refund over the mail… Guess what? Never got it. Oh and they denied that the food was cold too…

The rewards app is terrible I’ve tried many times. i have unistalled the app. And reinstalled it still won’t log me in.

The BIG Chicken Fillet Sandwich… sure looked big in the photos online and at the store… but unfortunately it was average sized. See photo. They forgot the tomato slice. Looked terrible, but overall it was actually pretty good.
Normally $ 4.39, but I got it for free using my checkin points with the Carls Jr App. Extra Unilocal Star for that. :)

I just stop by this location around 1:00 AM after a long day at work I order a chili cheese fries and a chicken quesadilla, the grill was closed so I can’t get a quesadilla I told him just give me the chili cheese fries!
BIG surprise when I got home with my paper bag my food was cold like just took it out of the freezer cold «disgusting» can’t eat it … I try to call but nobody Answer really disappointed of the guy at the drive thru, I don’t mind wait for a couple minutes if they need to finish the order but don’t do that stupid thing to customers because they won’t come back!! and I am not coming back to this location !!

This is one of the cleaner Carl’s Jr’s, nice people working here.

Breakfast burger was really, really tasty. My kids just love the hashbrown nuggets as well. The coffee… well, nothing special to write about. And no matter if it’s dine-​in or drive-​thru, you have to ask them for the receipt half the time. Minus two stars for telling me the receipt was in the bag when I asked for it… and surprise, it’s not in the bag! That’s why I hate going through any drive-​thru at any fast food restaurant.

Asked for 4 spicy chicken sandwiches and it took a lifetime to get it. Worst service ever. They told us to wait in front and they said our order were tacos. When she looked in the bag, it was our spicy chicken sandwiches. I’m sorry but your service is not at all good.

I must say I had the best Burger in a while its called the Jim Beam Burban 6 dollar burger this burger was so good it reminded me of burgers made at home

It’s been five years since my glowing review. Sad to say it hasn’t maintained that 5 star rating. Most of the people who work there are still friendly and the place is still kept clean. The food however isn’t always great. Several times I’ve gotten burgers with stale buns and overcooked patties. I regret not bringing it to the attention of the manager the last time it happened. But who wants to wait for them to make another one while everyone else is eating and then make them wait for you while you eat?

I come here alot only because its close to work and the salads are edible. But the older lady that works at the window is a fucking idiot. She has gotten my orders wrong at leat four times. I dont complain much but its not just my food im getting Its for my co workers as well. I dont know if she doesnt understand english or if the drive through speaker is broken but i always repeat my order and they always forget something or get it wrong. THe manager Javier has been very polie and compensated for my trouble but damn I mean its a burger joint Im not expecting them to serve me on a silver platter just get the order right… Creo que voy a tener que pedir en español a partir de ahora

The worst… wtf…got a monster breakfast biscuit and it was disgusting… the meat looked fake and the biscuit was cold! On top of that they are dumb as$es she had to ask me for the coupon number that is YOUR JOB to look up not mine I just hand it to you. I will never go back because the workers are slow da da dumb n the foods gross… sad because carls typically has the best burgers from a fast food chain… I’m not usually negative but when u mess up my first meal of the day it kinda makes me mad!

Trying the turkey jalapeño burger:) turkey patty (was juicy; not dry) w/​Sante Fe sauce, pepper jack cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion & jalepenos on a wheat bun; actually wasn’t bad for fast food; was affordable at under five bucks; darn it I was also bad & tried the ice cream choc chip cookie; if you want a really good sweet treat def try it; ice cream & cookie were both good! Service good & quick

I stop at Carl Jr’s, typically, 2 times a week on my lunch break. Today, my friend paid for lunch and I told her to get me whatever she was getting. (Playing its safe) Well, we each received a beef, hard shelled taco and a chicken soft shelled taco. I’m usually not a fan of Mexican/​chicken anything. But, I do have to say, this chicken taco was DA BOMB!!! Usually when I’m in the drive thru, I’m fiddling and trying to figure out what to order. Nothing ever seems to really grab my attention so I go with the turkey burger. But after today, it will forever be those delicious chicken tacos!!! Thanks for finally making me like something Mexican with chicken Carl Jr.‘s. Amazing how soooo many Authentic Mexican Restaurants haven’t been able to do that for me, yet a simple fast food restaurant has. Simply amazing. (Can’t wait for lunch tomorrow!!)

I usually come here to score a couple hits of Mitsubishi Ecstasy.
Naw Imma just kidding… I usually go here about once a week for breakfast. I’m in love with their Breakfast Burger. C’mon don’t pick on me, it’s my only vice besides overpriced gourmet coffee and the occasional swig of Boone’s Farm! Who can resist a cheeseburger with eggs, bacon, and hashbrowns on it? And they don’t serve real hashbrowns, they are actually just greasy flattened tots. I always get the combo with the coffee and I have to admit that the coffee is just so so and I always end up adding a buttload of cream and sugar to it. By the way, they still have that pothole or should I say potholes in front of the entrance off of the street that’s filled with mystery water.
