We were stuck on the road and this was one of few choices, so the chicken tenders and chicken taquitos were average.

Came in through the drive thru on a tuesday morning. Ordered the 2 for 3 $ sausage-egg biscuits, with some changes. They were very fresh and tasty and exactly as I ordered… The best fast food biscuits I’ve had. The cashier was also very friendly even as I changed my order around at the last minute. great service and fresh food!

Typical Carls food, nothing special there, but will say the Natural Burger is way smaller than it looks in pictures. This particular store gets 4 stars for cleanliness and service. The manager brought our food to the table and made sure we had any extra condiments we wanted. The bathroom was very clean, but they don’t have a mirror in the women’s bathroom, which no woman likes. So fast service, decent food and clean place!

The employee who took my order was very nice, however, I waited over 10 minutes for my order and only a family of 4 was in the restaurant before me.

Breakast burritos are pretty tasty and filling. Breakfast sandwiches are dry. Some burgers here do the job but obviously not the best burgers in the fast food industry but convenient to work and yea it is fast food lol

I’m giving this place five stars because their milk shake practically saved my life when i was so sick with the flu back in January and staying at the hotel next door. It was about the only thing i could consume and it was just perfect — and i never even drink milk shakes. PS I just read that vanilla milkshakes are also good for migraine headaches.

Sorry to say this place needs lots of improvements. The manager needs to work on her customer services skills and not be on the phone speaking with her mother well there is a line of customer waiting to order. I cannot blame the crew for the service they give to the customer if the manager herself does not care. Restaurant is filthy chair’s table’s trash cans stacks up high the door dirty windows have finger prints all over it. Now let talk about their food. I placed an order for a combo 1 medium size. The hamburger was sloppy meat middle temp poor prepared french fries’ cold. I am sure if the health department went into the store, they would get an «F» grade

The food is average. I mean its your typical fast food, nothing too exciting. I went in not because I was craving that, but because my helper and I were hungry and it was at a convenient location. Service was fast and the cashier was very enthusiastic and nice, but when he wasn’t taking the orders and was waiting to fill the orders he was talking out loud to the cooks or whoever was in the back about personal business, loud enough that I could hear it in the lobby… Kind of unprofessional.

This location kicks people out that are waiting in line to order. We went in was before closing and they said«sorry we’re closing you have to go thru the drive-thru and there were people still eating in there. Called corporate and they said the employees weren’t supposed to do that, avoid at all costs.

The drive thru is always open — but the restaurant itself seldom seems to be — at any hour. The order screen does not work, you won’t be told the total until you get to the window and you won’t get a receipt unless you make a big deal out of it and ask. I’ve been here quite a few times and each time am more convinced that this is the worst Carl’s Jr. I’ve ever been to(out of the many I’ve sampled in San Diego, other parts of California, Canada, and Mexico). Since there are so many others to choose from, I’d recommend going somewhere else to eat — even if it means driving out of the way.
