Great little chicken place. I haven’t been here in a while tho but the sandwiches were amazing !

Can’t say a single bad thing about this place. Probably the best chicken joint I have ever been to. The chicken is great and taste Awesome. But the one thing that really caught my attention was amazing customer service. Something you don’t see anymore nowadays especially when there are young kids running the joint. Keep up the good work guys.

I don’t like that they now have order takers outside walking up to your car. This means your food is being prepared sooner so by the time you make to the window to pick it up, it’s not as hot. Sounds like a small thing but this location is notorious for super long drive-thru lines so it matters.

This place is filthy! And it’s where they are preparing the food. I’m pregnant and was craving the grilled chicken bites but couldn’t stomach the thought of eating them after seeing the kitchen. The manager was really rude too. This pregnant girl is not happy!

This chick Fila is awful. It has less to do with the food though and more to do with the cleanliness of this location. The chicken sandwich with waffle fries is always a treat. I love chick fila and they really can do no wrong in my eyes. BUT this particular location is disgusting. There was gum everywhere. Trash all over the booths and tables, everything seemed so old. I just felt uncomfortable sitting in here. The lack of cleanliness for a chick Fila ruined what was supposed to be my delicious chicken sandwich with chick Fila sauce. The service was OK. Chick Fila is known for their kindness and this location didn’t quite live up. So I won’t be back here.

This Chick-fil-A is located in the parking lot of Sports Arena. I never really come to this location unless I’m in the area. The Mira Mesa location is better. It’s definitely a different type of crowd at this location. The booth seating is super tight here, as in you need to lose your belly or it will be touching the table while you’re seated. There’s never trouble finding parking in their lot. It’s super convenient to come here after an event at the arena. It’s no secret that I’m obsessed with Chick-fil-A! I always always always get the #2 Chick-fil-A Deluxe Sandwich with a coke. Ask to try all their unique sauces aka Polynesian and my favorite chick-fil-a Sauce!

Chix fil –A Lines are normally out the door and if you are dining in your auto, might need to fill up before you eat. Have to admit the chix is good — spicy sandwich has the bite too. The French Fries are good but not piping hot enough to love more. Added condiments enhance this fast food eatery It’s very good

I don’t know why it’s taken me so long to hop on the chick-fil-a bandwagon. I’ve had it several years ago and wasn’t impressed and thought it was too dry. I tell everyone this and they ask«well did you add the sauce?» I can’t honestly answer that question because it’s been that long. Two of my coworkers are always going here so I finally decided to join. I felt like such a noob I had to ask my coworkers 10 different questions and then the lady taking my order hit me with the hardest question«what kind of sauce would you like?» Oh no pressure. I ordered the chicken deluxe with pepper jack and a coffee frosty and fries. AND that chick-fil-a sauce did not disappoint. The chicken was not drying at all and adding the pepper jack with the CFA sauce was the icing on top of a cake. Glad I finally gave this place another try.

You can’t go wrong with the chicken sandwich, plus they have a few delicious salads on their menu for those who are a bit more health conscious. I love the nuggets but the chicken strips are smaller than in the pic(lol). Customer service is always top notch here, from the people at the register to those on the floor. Also, the restaurant is always busy yet it’s always very clean, which I appreciate a whole lot.

Always a friendly and tasty experience! This week was especially good in that we got free ice cream for putting our cell phones in the chicken coop! I highly recommend this location(and the chicken coop strategy). Also, I like the guy who gives out mints.

Chick-fil-a is always good. Even though we came at a peak time during lunch, the line went quickly. Our server did a stellar job ringing up our complicated order for six people — she wasn’t even fazed by the amount of changes and extra add-ons and all that other jazz we put her through. They made sure we had drink holders and sauces in bags and everything put together for an easy take-out. And the food was excellent, as usual.(Cobb salad with avocado lime ranch dressing is my go-to, with the crispy nugget slices on top!) My one complaint is that Chick-fil-a forgot my bro’s regular sandwich in all the craziness. With an order the size of ours, it’s always easy to lose an item here and there, but it was still disappointing since we found out after we left. Still, this fast-food chain with its amazing service will always have my loyalty.

Stopped in here for a quick eat-in bite with my boys before a huge beer fest!(gotta fill that belly!) Told my kids meal was gonna take an extra 10 – 15 mins because they were serving breakfast BUT it came out along with my boyfriends meal! Yay! The cashier was so nice and sweet. I’ve came here a couple times before and haven’t been disappointed!

This is the worst location I have ever visited, twice. Being that it shares it’s location in the same parking lot as the SD Gull’s stadium, we have attempted TWICE to give this location a chance and it’s brought me here to share my experience. Saturday, February 6th2016: We stopped in here on foot, just before the Gulls game ended to grab a meal, to-go. We waited 10minutes at the counter until I realized the people that came in after us were all being served. I proceeded to the side, where there was seating and waited another 5 minutes before asking an employee to check on our order. I was informed that the Nuggets were being made.(why wasn’t this information given to me while I was waiting?) After another 5 minutes, my food was given to me, but only to find that my drink is missing as well as sauce. After waiting a total of 25 minutes — we left with our food. Please note, I do not mind waiting as long as it’s communicated to me that there is going to be a wait. Poor customer service example #1. Please keep reading for example #2 regarding our second visit. Saturday, February 20th, 2016: On this visit, we used the drive-thru just after the game ended before 9p.m. 6 cars ahead of us and 3 behind us waiting in line. 2 people in the cars ahead both went into the restaurant to use the restroom, only to come back indicating the restaurant closed their doors — at 9 p. m. 10 minutes later(while still in the drive-thru line) a passenger a few cars up is seen walking to each car alerting them that they are no longer serving anyone. Why would this location close at 9p. m and why wouldn’t they say anything to anyone? In my opinion, this location needs to retrain their staff on customer service and fix the internal operations. We are Gulls season ticket holders and I will be sure to share my experiences with my friends, family and other ticket holders to avoid this location due to these experiences.

If I am going to eat Chicken this is the place to be!!! I only pretty much do 3 things. Chicken Mini’s Chicken sandwhich with Cheese Or the Chicken Chinese Salad which is my Monster Craving to take a trip just to eat. Friendly, fast, yes, it is pricey but you don’t have to go all the time. Also my child who is the pickiest ever will sometimes eat on the chicken… ssssh.- Don’t tell um! The cookies are good because they are fresh and warm as if grandmother made them just for you!!! Although I am sad they are closed on Sundays; I totally respect people honoring their beliefs and as you can see they are still blessed for not being greedy.

This was the first Chick-fil-A I had ever visited, as I had never heard of it before, and it was amazing. I always get either the regular Chicken Sandwich or the Spicy Chicken Sandwich(or if I’m feeling really needy — the deluxe versions: D). The chicken is crispy on the outside, but still tender and moist on the inside — delicious! With the meals, I usually get waffle fries(crisp and somehow, just better tasting than regular fries) and sweet iced tea(which was addicting and plus, free refills!). They have to-go packets of their sauces, so if there is one you like, make sure to ask for these! Overall, cheap and delicious chicken sandwiches, one of the better ones of the fast food chains(and I’m not a fan of fast food). Great location with plentiful parking and pretty good customer service. Would definitely recommend giving it a try if you’ve never had Chick-fil-A before.

Awesome chicken, fantastic super friendly service. I love their healthy choices — grilled nuggets and grilled chicken on whole wheat. There’s not a thing on their menu that I don’t like.

I haven’t been to Chick Fil A in a while, but I’m a fan of this place. Service here is great. I’ve never had a bad experience. Employees are friendly, pleasant, and so polite. I like pretty much everything they serve: nuggets, chicken sandwiches, waffle fries, salads, breakfast sandwiches, fresh fruit, desserts and shakes. They offer a nice variety of dipping sauces too. I love their Polynesian sauce. They offer 4 – 5 different salads and they always taste fresh. I’ve asked them to exclude blue cheese from a salad before(market salad I think) and they will go to the back and make me a fresh salad from scratch. How great is that? During the winter they offer their seasonal peppermint milk shake which is pretty good. I really like their freshly baked chocolate chip cookies too. They usually ask you if you would like it warmed up. My God Daughter loves that she can trade her toy in(if she doesn’t like it) for an ice cream cone. We both love their lemonade too. Always tastes refreshing and has great balance(not overly sweet or sour tasting). Probably the only bad things about Chick Fil A are: prices, lack of locations, and that they are closed Sundays. The positives outweigh the negatives though. We are fans!

Here we are again and a lovely night it was. We decided to go in and order instead of going through the drive through. They have something good going on here and this is a great location. The employees are super nice. The inside is spacious and everyone knows what they’re doing and are trained extremely well. We walked in and looked at the menu briefly. I was happy to find what I was looking for on the menu that I wanted to try. I decided to order the Chicken Sandwich Deluxe. A boneless breast of chicken seasoned to perfection, hand-breaded, pressure cooked in 100% refined peanut oil and served on a toasted, buttered bun with dill pickle chips, green leaf lettuce, tomatoes and American cheese. *Also available on a golden wheat bun*. My chicken was perfect and I especially loved how the American cheese was properly melted on top instead of draped over. It tasted great with the chicken. Their chicken is now my new thing I rave about. I like it because it is pressure cooked in 100% refined peanut oil and hand breaded and isn’t the frozen variety. It’s made to order. The green leaf lettuce is certainly green and the tomatoes were slightly under ripe but still enjoyable and had great flavor. The cool guy at the register had the right attitude about his job. Everything a front counter employee should have. When we were ordering he asked if we would like our sandwiches as combos. We said, YES! We didn’t even have to wait long for our food. Some employee from the back brought out our food to us and was extremely friendly and courteous. He was verbally polite with his thanks and his welcomes, have a nice day and drive safe. As we were waiting for our food we gathered some mayo, ketchup, napkins and straws. They have booths and regular tables and chairs. There’s a lot of seating in there with low music on. It was nice and relaxing. It’s a nice ambiance for anyone. See you soon!

Chick-Fil-A makes a great chicken sandwich. Its all breast meat filet is breaded and fried to a perfect crispy goodness. The only thing I would change here is to have the sandwich have some kind of sauce on it. Not mayonnaise, something different to make it stand out from the other chains. Otherwise, a solid choice for a chicken sandwich any day. Their combos are great: Chicken sandwich on a soft bun Waffle fries(very good) Medium soft drink I consider Chick-Fil-A one of the better chains. You always know what you’re gonna get here.

When approaching this Chick-fil-a, it’s important to remember to be patient and be kind. Lines can be LONG, especially for the drive thru. But is it worth it? DUH. The food here is out of this world and don’t even get me started on the sauces. I love getting their breakfast chicken, egg and cheese biscuit sandwich. It’s so good! For lunch or dinner, I’m all about the deluxe sandwich. Their chick fil a dipping sauce and Polynesian are my two favorites! Be cautious of whether or not something is going on at valley view when you’re planning to head over. The BF and I were having a fried chicken craving one night and what should have been a ten minute drive turned into a fifty minute wait because of an Aziz Ansari stand up show. You’ve been warned. We came before a gulls game and the wait wasn’t bad at all so it really just depends on whose in town and what’s going on!
