Gross. A petri-​dish of sorts. Dont touch anything in here.
It is generally expected that corporate chain c-​stores have to maintain a certain level of continuity of service and cleanliness. The hot food area and drink stations are consistently filthy and unkept. Please take care of yourself and be scared of the condiments sitting out. The dirty hands in and out of that place and the serving utensils skeeve me out. The frozen drink circle k serves is the only thing going for this place ($ 0.89-any size). And most of the workers are nice. So thats cool.

I guess it’s store policy to keep your change if it’s «only a penny.» I gave the cashier $ 3.60 for a $ 3.59 purchase, and she just accepted the money and said, «thank you.» When I asked, «And my penny?», she sighed, reopened the register, and only then gave me my change. I put it in the donation jar. Just the principle.

This place holds fond memories for me from a long time ago. Paul & I use to stop here on the way home from the Pink Panther to pick up c****ms pretty regularly. Ahhhh the good olé days. It is pretty much the same. we recently stopped by for some lottery tickets when the jackpot got really big… needless to say we didn’t win. If we would have won, we would be traveling the world and my reviews would cover MUCH more than just San Diego.

Screw this rat hole! I did the mistake of not going to K&L and came here for a gallon of milk. When I got home to eat some ceral, I noticed that it was rotten. I walked right back to get my money and the clerk was acting like I was trying to pull a scam… I was like WTF? Take a drink of this milk and you tell me if it is good. I finally had to almost jump over the counter and shake the clerk until they finally understood that they sold me a bad product! They still gave me attitude. F them. I go to K&L now.

I mean the place is ALWAYS clean, really stocked, most times fairly friendly, but the prices are f*#n ridiculous!!!
I guess when one is desperate you pay the price.
Then try getting out of the lot… it can be a bit tricky.
