Just to note that they have raised up the prices of their sandwiches a little, and I’m not sure if they still use Miracle whip, but still worth checking out. How could you not want to get a good sandwich from nice people at a mom and pop store. (They also have premade sandwiches if you are in a rush, and they are conveniently by the Coronado Tasting Room & Side Car)!

REALLY awesome little corner store. They have snacks and items that you might need last minute, vegetables, meat, cheese, canned food items. Excellent customer service, family owned, and friendly

Just love this place. It’s like the true old corner store we walked to for Candy. 7⁄11 took over all the corner stores but K and L survived the big corps. They have a great meat counter. If you haven’t been you’ve got to check it out. If you’re over 50 it will bring back to your childhood. There is a certain smell, «the old corner store smell» seriously it’s great!

I’m not a «pre-​made sandwich in-​a-​case» kind of person. Well I should say I wasn’t. Until I had the salami swiss out of the case at K & L. I bought it at 5 pm, ate it at 1 am, no I wasn’t drunk! The romain lettuce was crisp, the tomato wasn’t mealy, perfect amount of mayo and mustard, tons of salami, yummy bread, the swiss was good too. I love these sandwiches, they remind me of my Mom’s. This market is a kicked up «Circle K» with soups, canned goods, frozen foods, fresh stuff, and alcohol. The owner is the nicest guy ever. He remembers you and always says «hello».

Cool little Mom & Pop market in Bay Park. There are no supermarkets in the immediate area, Keils being the closest, so this fills the niche. Average in price, but the people are very nice. Even give you some credit if you are a local and they know you.
