They are touch and go as far as friendliness. The coffee is terrible. I’ve gone there about 20 times because it’s on my way to work. They act like they don’t know me. Weird.

Really sweet worker and good customer service. Despite the establishment being tiny with two tables, it was a nice stop. Got a mix of a hammerhead and a late???(workers recommendation when I asked for a lot of caffeine with a lighter flavor) and an acai bar. The coffee is good and the bar was a nice treat. A great place to try if you want a change from the usual Starbucks. Location is random as hell but seems like their customers love the product enough to stop by on their way to work/life.

Not sure why they would say they are a juice bar since there is no juice. I inquired and the staff said no fruit or veggie juice. Irritating to drive over if they aren’t as advertised. Probably more juices next door at the market. Staff friendly. Ok décor. Sad location. Maybe the coffee is decent. They do offer smoothies which were ok if you like those sweet, milky kinds.

Great little unassuming coffee shop. Delicious acai bowls and really well made, high quality coffee. Don’t be deterred by the building its in, the staff are really nice, fast, and it’s got a good vibe.

Jitters is great! Staff is nice and remembers your order after being a repeat offender. They make my vanilla latte just perfect and have Almond Milk! Great toasted bagels for breakfast!

I went to Jitters for the first time walking around the neighborhood, wearing my newborn son and craving a caffeine fix. They hit the spot! I got the frozen Chai spiced jitter and it was spot on! The service wasn’t necessarily the friendliest, but I didn’t feel uncomfortable. I’ll definitely be returning on our walks around the neighborhood! PS — there’s a $ 5 minimum for all debit/credit cards.

I love this little place. They are always so sweet and the coffee is great. The liquor store next door is the same owners, they are awesome! You have to try his homemade salsa and deli sandwiches! The coffee is a great place to get a good bagel and a drink in a hurry:)

All for supporting local establishments, which is why I came here… however…there are definitely better options nearby. Unfortunately, I came and was sorry that I did. I came in with a friend on a Monday morning and no one else was in the joint. And yet, we were both treated rudely by the staff and they managed to get my friends order wrong as well! I won’t be back. My chai was good, but nothing out of the ordinary or spectacular enough to come back and get treated like crap!

This place is the best and I recommend the frozen jitters …(Similar to the frappacino but so much better here) acai bowels rock and bagels are amazing. I have been a long time customer and keep coming back even after Starbucks opened nearby. Staff are wonderful and happy, they always remember customers names and orders. I absolutely love this place and the owner is just the nicest person, if your order isn’t right they will fix it no questions asked! Support this local business it is the coffee jewel of Bay park…

It is a small coffee bar that is owned by the people who have the liquor store next Door. It’s perfect to meet at if you want to spend time with someone or just chat.

By far the best coffee place, with the best prices! Staff is friendly, hardworking and fast. I’ve never tasted better espresso in my life and believe me, I love coffee/espresso! I usually get the iced white mocha and it keeps me going all day(at Starbucks or other cafes I usually need 4 shots)! They also have a wide selection of teas(hot or iced), Açai bowls, bagels, breakfast sandwiches and much more yummy stuff. Finding this coffee shop is like finding the perfect man. ;)

Good coffee, great friendly staff. Close to home so I prefer to support local business. Good selection of smoothies and other things as well.

Bottom line for me is the coffee. And what I received was undrinkable. I was willing to overlook the rock hard chairs and lack of wifi. But you do have to make up for those deficiencies with great coffee.

Great coffee stop, everyone who works there is really polite and talkative they get you morning going, especially the girls. I love the Mexicano Mocha it’s the best, and the girls already know my drink.

I have been visiting this place for the year I have lived up the street and it hits the spot I don’t really mess with the sweet drink I like pure unadulterated blvck like my heart caffeine. So I stick to the americano and the espresso is smoooth and hot. The place is never to busy they have pretty good pastries and you can even get a Acai bowl which is really good a little small compared to other places but good. I worked at starbux for 2 years and this is where I get my coffee.

They are okay. Wasn’t impressed after their rave Unilocal reviews, I guess that is what happens after you work at a coffee shop. My americano with white chocolate was horrible, especially in comparison with Starbucks(and I am nota Starbucks fan). Cute interior but it was just an average coffee shop. Plus, they use Torani flavoring syrups, yuck. If only it wasn’t out of the way for me… I would give them another chance.

Been here a few times… likin’ the Viennese with an extra shot and«not so sweet». Some honey. Some cinnamon. LOTS of espresso. And HOT. Spied the liquor storage for the convenience store next door has access through the back of the café… and am now contemplating some form of tunneling caper to rid them of some of that excess stock back there. So if anyone has a jackhammer, a pile of 2x4s, some lighting, a pick axe, a few buckets, a helmet or two, and some two way radios… I think we’re in business!

Let’s see: Cute interior(despite the somewhat haggard location), tons of choices, great coffee drinks, friendly service, and good prices. Much cheaper(and better) than Starbutts for anyone who needs it spelled out with a sledgehammer, if you’ll pardon the horribly mixed metaphor. I even think the too cutesy name is cool.
