While employed with CRF, I witnessed patients’ needs being disregarded, abuse of funds, and destruction of evidence. Also, I would be subjected to verbal abuse in front of coworkers by my supervisor. This would happen without fail, every month. Furthermore, I would be asked questions in regards to my personal life, subjected to insults about my appearance, and made to «fetch Cheetos». I endured this jackassery for two years. Ugh.

Worked there over 5 years also. Some good things, some bad things, some very bad things. If you ever need to work for them always document everything to whatever is going on with the job. Good or bad. Email documentation is the best way. Never sign anything without going over it thoroughly. It is is a good idea to have a legal resource available such as a prepaid legal firm. Look into getting liability insurance for work issues that may cause you to pay for damages, if you are liable. Your friendly human resource staff works for the company’s best intrest, not yours. Remember, California is an «At Will» state. That means you can be terminated without reason, that same day. There is no 2 week notice statute. By the same token you can quit without giving them a 2 week notice. Read your employee handbook thoroughly. This may read like a bitch rant, but anything and everything can happen at CRF. Just ask the psychiatrists who left them… in a hurry. Always keep your options open. Peace.

If zero stars was an option, that’s what they’d get. Worked w/them for more than 5 years, seriously corrupt. Protect staff over clients and try to cover-up unprofessional relationships between staff and clients. Disgusting what they get away with.
