It was the beginning of the summer season when the children are looking forward to have a fun time in the pool. The company that normally takes care of my pool cleaning service is no longer in operation. This added some stress to my daily routine that summer to find a suitable company to hire to replace my regular pool service company. After weeks of calling around to get an affordable price and great service I was finally told about this company by some of the guys at the landscaping company I used. I was so excited and said «this is it». I did not only receive an affordable price but also superior service. I felt safe and comfortable knowing that for the rest of the summer my children will have a clean, safe and fresh pool to relax in and have fun with their friends. I have been using you guys for years now and I continue to receive excellent service and in return I recommend your service to many residents in and around this area who requires a pool cleaning service. These guys did a great job on my uncles pool when I was house sitting… I saved a bunch of money and my uncle is stoked. They were fun to hang out with and told me lots of cool things about pools and all sorts of other stuff

These guys are awesome. My other pool guy would leave a mess by my trash cans and really didnt understand the mechanical aspect of pools. The Cool Pool Guys are professional, knowledgeable and most importantly… affordable! Kudos to you guys for giving pool professionals a new and better reputation!

A friend of mine referred these guys to me last October when I was quoted a really high price by another company for replacing my pump. They came out quickly, explained what was needed in language I understood and they were less expensive than my first quote! They come weekly ever since and their discount for a yearly contract saved me so much $ I had to do it! No regrets at all.

Let’s just say lesson learned, and I should have known better. Never hire guys who show up to your house to give you an estimate without shoes on. I am the girlfriend of the botched job, and lets just say they cost us around $ 2K. In the end it was cheaper to eat the $ 2K loss then to spend another $ 2K fighting them in court. Would never recommend them in a million years.

They botched the pump job we hired them for, and installed the pipes in reverse. When I called to talk to them about it, they wouldnt return my calls. When I finally did make contact, they denied it and told me not to call them anymore.
I had to hire a professional to come out and undo the work they did. What a waste of time and money.
