I had the worst mani I’ve ever had here. The staff is friendly but my nails look like my 10yo daughter did them. I gave 2 starts because the staff is nice and technician that did my pedicure (different than my nail tech) did a better job. I will not be going back here.

My new go-​to nail spot. Right by my work. Really friendly people working there. Reasonable prices. Clean facilities. The last time I was there they were working on remodeling it so I can’t wait to see how it looks when I come for my next appointment!
Keep up the good work Cool Touch! I’m a fan!

This definitely is one of my secret hiding places. The staff does an amazing job with my nails. They are detail oriented and my polish (manicure and pedicure) always last longer than any other salon I have been to. Regardless of whether it is a standard polish or gel, my nails hold up nicely.
I have tried several other salons, from Spring Valley to Poway, over the course of 4 years. I have always been disappointed. The only place that consistently provides the same level of service is Cool Touch Nails.
Ask for Kin for manicures (standard or gel) and Melissa for pedicures (standard or gels). Melissa also does wonderful, tasteful designs too.
Lastly, the just remodeled their shop. It is very nice! All the furniture, including massage chairs are new. Most importantly, the staff treat you like family. The shop is peaceful, not pact with people, where you feel like you are being rushed in and out. I strongly recommend an appointment, to ensure you have the best experience. They also, however, accept walk ins.

I love this place ! The staff is extremely nice and friendly. Melissa did my nails and I’m very happy with them. I’m very especial with my nails and I like certain lengths and shape and she made sure I was pleased with them before I left.

My mom and I stopped by here for pedicures. The staff was friendly and did a great job. They made us feel
welcome and comfortable, and the owner stopped by to meet us and chat. We had a great time and will definitely go back!

I will probably continue to go here, but I will no longer request Malisa. After looking over at other customers getting their pedicures, I realized I’m not getting the best service. She cleans my toenails nicely and paints them neatly, but she doesn’t put any pressure when she applies lotion on my legs and feet. Other women get massaged so well that they even fall asleep. Also, she doesn’t use a hot towel afterwards. I am disappointed.

The staff is incredibly friendly, sincere and hospitable. The last time I came in I had just had surgery and wanted to get out of the house, the ladies were so caring and sweet! I was able to recover with beautiful nails :)

My daughter who lives in the area treated me to a mani by Christine 16 May 2015. Christine was just wonderful and a week later still looks perfect. I am hard on my feet so this says a lot. if one comes from another state to see the delightful owner and her staff, especially Christine! — that says a lot. SO clean and love those wonderful massage chairs. Every chance I get i WILL come back here.

I went back a couple week ago with my wife and my wife got nail done there… it very friendly and salon are very clean and place is super clean. Great customer service and I would recommend all my friends and families goes to Cool Touch Nail and Spa.

Ladies were very sweet but the mani/​pedi I received was not quality. Both were chipped or cracking within a few days and I’m not hard on my nails. Essie and a couple other brands I didn’t recognize — almost no OPI.

This salon gave my friend nail fungus. I will never go here. They should really get searched and cleaned and sanitized. I mean ew!!! Disgusting! Zero out of 5 stars

This is a quality salon. The women working are all sweet and talk to you. I got a gel manicure and she put a lot of layers on, it looked so good, just like acrylics :). They had an awesome color selection for gel too.
A tiny bit pricier than other salons I’ve seen but I really liked the atmosphere and the ladies working there.

They treat you like family! Have been going here for 6+ yrs for mani/pedi’s with my daughter. She has sensory issues and doesn’t like to be touched. She lets the tech’s dote on her and give her massages and if I come without her, they always want to know where she is. I was in before Thanksgiving last week and got a gel french manicure. Within a day, the tips started chipping and by the end of the week they were a mess. Didn’t want to complain or get the tech that had done my nails in trouble, she’s normally one of the best there. I just asked to have them removed and told her I was really hard on my nails. Vicki, the owner, said they should last 2 weeks and they would re-​do them for free. They re-​did them, the whole time apologizing. I tried to leave the tech a tip and she wouldn’t take it.
Place is clean and the massage chairs are newer and very comfortable. They will always try to do your mani/​pedi at the same time which is a major time savor. Can’t say enough about the ladies who work there. They are so friendly and chatty, but if you don’t want to talk, they will respect that as well. Definitely a fan!

Ongoing worst pedicure if my life. I was so excited to get the soda and they were so nice but they move way too fast. They need to slow down and treat their customers better. Three people helped me for one pedicure, and all of them were horrible. They didn’t even trim my cuticles. Why else would I get a pedicure? I can paint my own nails at home.
Only good thing about this place was the massage chair, they were very strong.

Came here because I needed a mani/​pedi done for a wedding I was in the next day. I requested to have a mani gel done and a regular pedi done. Both the ladies that did my nails were very sweet and easy to talk to. It’s been 2 weeks since I got the gel mani done and it is completely intact! Same with my pedicure.
They even let you tip on the credit card here, so that was a plus.

I’ve been going to this salon for over 5 years and have been very impressed with their services. Furthermore, all the ladies there are so friendly and really care about your comfort. My favorite is Christine!

I have been coming to Cool Touch on and off for the past 4 years when I visit my family in San Diego. I really wish I could find a nail place I liked this much near where I live. Everyone that works here is always very nice and accommodating. The salon is pretty clean and you can tell that they are using sanitized tolls. They do their best to accommodate walk ins (even if you are part of a group) or you can make an appointment. I have been happy with the manicures and pedicures I have gotten here.

I went to get my nails here faithfully for 6 years and developed a great relationship and friendship with one of the technicians as well as the rest of the staff who all knew me by name. I liked having my nails done by her because she did an excellent job and we became very close. One day I came in after making an appointment with my girl and they told me she was «on vacation». I thought this was a bit strange since she just got back from a month long trip to Vietnam but I didn’t question it because all the girls who I have known for years all told me she was «on vacation». I had another technician do my nails and she didn’t do a very good job at all. The next time I came in they again told me she was «on vacation» and that is when I knew something was wrong and I left. About a week later my girl called me and told me she had quit because they treat their technicians poorly and that she was at another salon. I am so glad she called because she does such a great job on my nails and I would follow her anywhere. I was so tempted to go into Cool Touch and give them a piece of my mind. After all the years I had been loyally coming there and spending a lot of money, the least they could have done is told me the truth. Since then several other girls have quit and many customers have left, karma prevails.
