Dr. Terry has a very warm, genuine patient manner; he listens carefully and is never condescending. He spends as much time as needed with each patient, being sure to answer all questions. Over the last several years, I had seen two other podiatrists (both recommended by a primary care clinic) for persistent pain and swelling in one toe. On my first visit with Dr. Terry, he immediately saw that the source of the problem was a different toe, explained what was going on, and how it could be very successfully treated.
I only have two negative comments: (1) because of his popularity, it can tale several months to get an appointment with him; (2) because he spends as much time as needed with each patient, he can run late (sometimes an hour or more late). If you schedule a morning appointment, he’s far more likely to be on time. Neither of these is reason to go elsewhere — he is the best.
