What happened? My first Deuce Brand was top notch. Wore it everyday surfing/hiking/biking/etc. and it burned out after 9 months-ish. I was happy though because I got a ton of use out of it for 20 bucks. Round 2. I buy one for myself, and one for a buddy to bring back to Montana. I got a call from him the other day asking how you get it to turn back on. As far I know, they aren’t supposed to turn off(unless out of batteries of course). As for my new watch, the past two mornings I have woke up and the time has been off by 1 hour+ and I have had to reset it. So, only a week after buying two watches from Sun Diego in Belmont Park($ 40), both are crapped out. Pretty disappointed. The only reason I am giving two stars and not one is because I had a pretty good experience with the first watch. Living in SD, I love to support local business, but I probably won’t buy these again.

Bought a watch for my husband for Father’s Day. After about 6 days of wear, it quit working. I sent it back for an exchange. The return was very fast, but the new watch lasted less than one day. It quit working also. After close inspection, the watch appeared to have dirt and grime around the rubber edges. It appeared to have been used. I am currently awaiting word from Deuce about a full refund!

I felt the need to update my review after I got two compliments on my new cool watch! I went to Cancun and swam in underground rivers, pools, the ocean and even a cenote and nothing happend to the watch! I let my x boyfriend borrow it for a day and he ended up wearing it for most of the trip! Luckly I ran into the Deuce Brand booth at the OB Street Fair & Chili Festival and bought two more. One for my x and another one for me. Red really isn’t my color. They usually go for $ 20 each but I manage to score two for the price of one!

My buddy Rory had one of these watches and I instantly needed one. The creators must have had me in mind when they invented them. I’ve always liked Livestrong bands, but found watches to be a bit too bulky and uncomfortable. These bracelet like time tellers are digital, waterproof, and perfect for active individuals. You can play a game of hoops, go surfing, or even spill a Jack and Coke on it and it’ll keep on tickin’…literally! They come in a variety of different colors, and can even be customized if ordered in bulk through the website. For someone like me who enjoys sports, gets drunk on the reg, and can’t tell time by hour and minute hands these are perfect! They’re available at Nordstrom’s, Tilly’s and many other boutiques around town or on the website.
