Rodger has been our Account Rep since I have been with my current company, Arctic Zero, and he has always gone above and beyond for us. I will often request many product variations and price options when seeking new marketing materials, and he is always happy to comply. He is one of the most responsive Account Reps I’ve ever worked with, and will usually respond to an email within 30 minutes, it goes much appreciated. Rodger has great customer service skills and will make sure to deliver quality products to his customer’s satisfaction.
