What’s even better is that the item he special ordered came early! 24 Hour turn around time! «Sheryl» gave me a follow up call to inform me as soon as it had arrived. Excellent! Having been in the customer service and human resources fields it’s so great to notice things being done well. Moreover, although this isn’t Nordstroms or a boutique high end retail store with all the frills, the folks at Electrical Sales South can be considered to be on par professionally, providing a special product with personalized service.
