Fantastic Sams

I LOVE this location AND the hair stylists. Rueben and Jenny are the BEST! They know what they’re doing… they don’t push their products on you unless you ask, and they do an AMAZING job. My mom is very very picky when it comes to her hair and we both left in awe they did exactly was we wanted and we felt so comfortable. We are DEFINITELY coming back. I wish my hair grew faster because I can’t wait!

The ladies are nice, But the African American lady (sorry don’t know her name) was not very gentle. She brushed my hair like a beast. After washing my hair she grabbed a comb and seemed to have little patience to brush it gently. My head kept bobbing back and forth, it was torturing. Plus tore a bunch of my hair off. She should have used a better detangler to help with brushing and taken her time.
Also, when she washed my hair she laid my head on the hard surface of the lavatory. Did not even put a towel down for cushioning. Sitting there having my hair washed was not pleasant at all. She seemed like she just wanted to get done. I wish she would take her time and be more gentle.
Overral, the experience was on I would not want to relive.

I travel all the way from irvine to get my hair done with SARAH.
She takes her time with her work. I love her quality.

Checked out this new location due to a recommendation from a sorority sister of mine. I definitely left satisfied and more knowledgeable of my hair :)
This was my first time at a Fantastic Sam’s location.
Sarah is experienced and very thorough with her cuts. I brought a friend with me and we both just got regular trims. I let Sarah know I wanted to donate my hair, and she made sure not to cut it too short at all. Maybe just an inch or two, and also gave me some helpful tips on how to maintain my hair more. She worked slowly and very diligently and makes everyone that’s sitting in her chair feel very comfortable :)
Fyi all the products here smell AMAZING! I didn’t even know fantastic sam’s had their own line.
Will definitely come back for future hair cuts. They have a great deal right now on $ 10 haircuts and $ 25 highlights — something to definitely check out!
