This place does quality work and that’s what matters. The owner is a true professional and a pleasure to work with. Thanks for fixing my Tahoe you guys! Very glad I took my car to this place.

Stopped by here because I live around the corner to see if they could get my stuck hood open. They opened it within 2 min and did it for free (but I gave him a $ 10 anyway). I haven’t had any work done here yet so I can’t speak on the quality/​pricing but they at least earned the rigfht for me to stop in for a quote on future repairs.

I brought my car in for an estimate, the entire process was awful from dropping my car off to picking it up. Everyone was rude and in attentive. When I received my quote it was almost twice as high as everyone else in town and not to mention the owner I believe was making me feel real uncomfortable with his constant staring. Ladies stay away from this unprofessional place they call a business.

The Dent Devils is no longer subleasing space from Euro-​Tek Auto Collision. My company did paintless dent repair for Joel for around 8 years but due to certain circumstances we no longer have anything to do with this shop or want to. It saddens me greatly that both Joel De Lara (owner) and Luis Velez (manager) have been telling my customers that we went out of business. We are NOT out of business and they both know this first hand!
A few years ago I approached Joel for advice about what I needed to consider because I was opening my own location. He offered me space in his shop for $ 1000 a month. Ten months later I noticed that they were getting busy and I asked him if things were all right and if I was going to be able to renew my lease. I explained to Joel that I was about to invest $ 10,000 into new signs, advertising for my paintless dent repairs, and an upcoming trade show in January in Florida as I offer training for paintless dent repair. He told both my girlfriend and myself at the Christmas party «You’re here as long as you want to be. We love you like family and you are a great asset so you are welcome to stay as long as you want.»
Well, 3 weeks later (which was 2 days after I finished my remodel and 3 days before the trade show), he walked up to me and said «no hard feelings but you have to leave, you’re no longer wanted here.»
WOW really? I was in shock. I would have never moved into his shop, let alone invested so much time and money into the shop and advertising if it was only for a short time.
In my whole life this has to be one of the lowest things anyone could have done to me. It behooves me how he can sleep at night and still to this day is trying to ruin my business. Not once did I ever do anything wrong. My own company has an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau of San Diego, great standing with the California Auto Body Association, and very loved on

so I think I can safely say that The Dent Devils is a reputable business.
Why am I writing this over 3 years later? Yesterday another longtime customer showed up at my shop and informed me that when he dropped by EuroTek looking for me, Joel informed him I went out of business.
I have a reputation for doing good work and always looking out for my customers’ best interests. I have good business ethics and the reviews from my customers can attest to that. It saddens and disappoints me to see that other businesses don’t do the same.

I’m very impressed with the service and quality of work at Eurotek. I took my vehicle into Eurotek to fix a scratch on the door. After telling them I was there because a friend recommended them, they quoted me a really good price — much better than another quote I’d received. They also gave me a great quote on some prior damage I had on my bumpers. The work was completed on time, in about 5 days, and it looked great.
Shortly after I picked up my vehicle, however, I realized there was a scratch on the other side, that I believed had happened while it was in the crowded lot at Eurotek. I talked to Louis, and while he said the scratch did not happen in their lot, they would take care of it at no charge. I dropped off my vehicle again and they fixed it in one day. I highly recommend Eurotek!

They have touched up my Lexus Convertible a few times thanks to careless valets.
Euro-Tek’s work has always been amazing especially considering that my car has a very complex paint formula. It has gold and silver flecks, 6 colors and a top coat!
Only once was I a little unsatisfied (understandably because specialist received news of an injured child) but without any excuse they immediatelyrectified the small blurp PLUS did something extra as compensation!
Tell me where you can find that level of customer service these days! True value

It’s 3 am in North Park (I was leaving my guy friend’s apartment… no alcohol was involved) and I was driving down University when I feel a crash along the passenger side of my car. A guy had pulled out of a parallel parking spot along the street without looking and crashed into me.
I pull over, get out and look at my car… it had a scar almost all along the side.

After dealing with his stupid insurance and with him claiming that I hit HIM… I was recommended to take my car to Euro Tek.
Obviously the guy was found 100% at fault. Take that, jerk!
The people were nice and while I was filling out all the paper work, my mom chatted up one of the mechanics who assured her my car would look as good as new.
Once I came to pick it up with all my Hello Kitty car accessories in tow, I finally got to see my car.
My car looked better than it did before! It also helped that they cleaned the inside and washed it, making it look all sparkly.
I was told it was going to be 2 weeks… it actually took a few more days after that but I am still giving them 5 stars because that guy my mom talked to fixed something for free. Sweet guy.
I loved their work.
Thanks to them, I have my car back in great shape: D
