Really good thin crust pizza. Just a bit on the pricey side. The garlic knots are awesome too.

Favorite thin crust pizza in the area! Easy to order and excellent customer service. Delivery drivers will give courtesy calls if they’re running late. Their crust gets hard fast, but no worries if you’re eating it all the same day you order it. The general manager, Brandon, is the man.

My mom and I decided to finally come in to get a couple of pizzas because of the reviews but the pizza wasn’t so great. When we got home, the pizza didn’t taste to great and why do they only have one size of pizza? I wouldn’t mind paying for expensive pizza if it was actually good but unfortunately it wasn’t good. Plus they charge $ 2 extra per topping that you want on the plain pizza. Go somewhere else for pizza. Wouldn’t recommend coming here. Don’t know how they have so many 4 to 5 star reviews.

Really good pizza! Got the half pesto and half Whitestone. My husband liked the Whitestone but I had the pesto first and didn’t venture from to try the Whitestone because the pesto was so delicious. Great crust. It was really busy at 6 on a Wednesday and I had to wait a new minutes more than they anticipated but it was worth it and I’d go again. It’s just really good pizza and you don’t get it that good very often.

Great attitude and great customer service as soon as I walked in the door. Very attentive to our order. The pizza was ok but the friendly service made up for it which in turn made this a great experience.

Awesome thin crust pizza. Firm and chewy not soggy. Delivery is an hour as they told me and I’ve read in other reviews. Well worth the wait.

Flavor is great. Not too sweet, which I value highly. The pieces could be a bit larger but overall pretty happy!

Received an email from management stating they made a mistake as they thought the card reflected a dollar off instead of $ 5.50. He stated he corrected it with his staff and on the register which is great. They addressed the issue quickly and I appreciate it as well as my daughters because they love the pepperoni pizza.

We got this a second time, but delivery, the pizza came late — 20 minutes after the expected delivery time, but they compensated with free pizza slice coupons(grab and go meals for two basically). We got the Brooklyn and an all cheese pizza(white sauce) and they were good again! Not impressed with the pepperoni bites though, the knots previously were better. It all was tasty still though!

My first impression was not a good one! I walked in at lunchtime to get pizza slices for myself and a few co workers, they weren’t even busy and the blonde guy who appeared to be the manager was too engaged in the Starbucks coffee order his buddies dropped off then helping a customer, after standing at the counter watching this… He tells someone else to help me, still no one acknowledged me. The slices we wanted were not in the display so I waited as they were made fresh which I appreciated. After 25 min I got my slices. Pizza was just ok… however, since customer service was awful to the point of non existent, I will not be returning here. Ps staff… You NEVER get a second chance to make a first impression

My favorite 4s pizza place!(I think there are only two but still haha) the pizza here is great and the customer service is awesome. I babysit a lot so families always order from here. One instance they overcooked one of the pizzas, and to compensate they brought a fresh one and gave us the overcooked one as well. Good customer service they have never disappointed with delivery. Heads up though if you want peppers and Parmesan for delivery ask in advance because the drivers don’t usually carry it on them. Now for DINE in service. This as well is great they have pizza by the slice they all taste good but my personal favorite are the artichoke, white pizza, tomato basil and the buffalo chicken pizza. All have so much flavor. I have also tried the buffalo Cesar salad and would recommend that as well. All the staff are up beat and nice. If you dine in with kids they will give you dough for them to play with if you ask!

Soggy and cold pizza delivered after an hour and half waiting. Once we got the pizza inside we found out all the cheese was stuck to the top of the box and the order was wrong. We called to complain only to be told it would take 30 – 45 minutes for a replacement. No thanks. We won’t be getting pizza from Flippin Pizza again and I would recommend others stay away as well.

…must add an update to my previous review– After my «not so glowing“review-the 4s Ranch«Flippin manager» went above the call of duty to make it right by offering us another try! Although we were hesitant-he successfully completed the quest! Good pizza is tasty-however GREAT customer service is the deliciously«bring em back» topper!

Came here for both my daughter’s elementary school fundraising event and was impressed how they handled the busy crowd in a small store setting. They gave the kids free dough to play with while we waited for our pizza. The Flippin Pizza was just a flippin pizza. So yea this rating was based on customer service, really. :-)

If you’re looking for a quick pizza fix for lunch in the 4S area, look no further than Flippin’ Pizza. It is pretty much like your standard by-the-slice place, which is neither good nor bad. We happened to have a coup that got us two 2-slice combos for one. I went with a Brooklyn(pepp, sausage, and mushrooms) and a buffalo chicken(a good level of spiciness). She had something that was the Brooklyn sans mushrooms and the White Stone which had that lovely ricotta cheese. They have maybe 7 or 8 total pizzas to choose from. Thin crust, very good. Strangely, it wasn’t quite busy during lunch hour. Service was quick and friendly. Limited seating inside and out. I wouldn’t say it’s a pizza that will knock your socks off, but it’s a nice little spot to pick up a quick bite to eat.

Okay, so it’s long been established that I. LOVE. PIZZA. But this place is a whole new level of awesome. Fresh, healthy ingredients, and you can TASTE it. The thin crust they use here is to die for. I had long ago stopped going to large chain pizza joints since they seem to leave me with a very upset stomach so I was ecstatic when I discovered Flippin Pizza! One of my favorites is their tomato mozzarella pizza. One of my main go-to places for fast, delicious pizza now! :-D

If you love thin crust pizza, you will not be disappointed! This fulfilled all of my expectations for a delicious, quality New York pizza. I ordered the Bronx, which came perfectly cooked with a good amount of toppings spread across the whole pizza. Pepperoni, sausage, green peppers, onions, mushrooms, and olives. The sauce was nice, and the crust was the right combo of crispy and soft. The garlic twists were uh-mazing and piping hot with garlic butter. I got ranch and jalapeño ranch on the side, and these were a delicious addition to the pizza and garlic twists, especially the jalapeño ranch. The prices are very reasonable, especially the garlic twists! The only negative I had was that I ordered delivery and they were about 15 past the already long 60 minute delivery window. Other than that, it was a great dinner!

Hands down the best pizza in San Diego! The place is designed like a New York pizzeria and folks that works here are great in treating their customers. Whenever we’re craving for pizza, Flippin Pizza is where we go!

Flippin’-P is my favorite place to go for thin slice/New York-style pizza. A company that claims their pizza exemplifies an «i’m from Brooklyn and you’re not» feel, how can a California born and raised girl refute that? I walked in on a Friday night 20 minutes before closing(I know, I was that customer… /:), in order to curb my craving for an Artichoke* pizza slice. I ended up getting TWO slices — one Artichoke and one Whitestone** slice — after the warm, no-judgement, persuasion from the employee. Treat yo’self Friday nigghhhhhtttttt! The pizza slices, even with it being the end of the day, were still fresh and warm since they pop them in the oven before serving them. Fountain drinks and beer are also available for purchase, although the alcoholic beverage selection is limited compared to the location in San Marcos due to the smaller size of the store and lack of full bar. What really made this visit 4 star quality was definitely the customer service. They still greeted me warmly even though I walked in minutes before closing and I didn’t feel rushed out to finish my pizza. The employee at the counter actually told me to dine-in instead of taking the food to-go since the slices would be hot and ready right away. I will definitely come back to this location when I’m craving another Artichoke slice! *Artichoke: mozzarella, parmesan, artichoke hearts, fresh garlic, and signature sauce **Whitestone: ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, fresh garlic, and basil).

I am a fan of East Coast Pizza Joints that not only make good pizza, but provide specials served by the slice with a drink of Ginger Ale. That was the case when I visited Flippin’ Pizza where I ordered a slice of pesto pizza with fresh marinated roasted red and the Brooklyn which came with pepperoni, meatballs, mushrooms and fresh garlic on a red sauce( ). The crust of both slices was as advertised thin and light, but they forgot to mention it also had good flavor and crunchy texture( ). I really enjoyed the Brooklyn with its savory meatballs and spicy pepperoni slices. The garlic flavor was limited but the red sauce was flavorful with zesty appeal. The mushrooms were good but I would of liked them cooked down a little more. The pesto slice was good. Both, the pesto and the marinated roasted peppers tasted as if they came out of a jar or can, but on a good note, they both tasted good, especially the red peppers. I would of like to have seen more red peppers, rather than a dollop on the center of the slice. The pesto flavor could of benefited from a stronger basil and garlic flavor, but it was still good nevertheless( ). The guys who were working here were nice and on the ball making pizzas and serving customers.
