I had the best experience! ! After dealing with an employee at the tmobile store in carmel mountain and her inability to resolve a simple issue… I came here. I was lucky to deal with Jason. He was so informative and was able to take care of me in an efficient and timely manner! I’ve been a tmobile customer and 90% of the tmobile stores offer horrible service!!! I am very please with Jasons service and I am glad I came here! I purchased an iPhone 6 and a screen protector:)

Terrible company and customer service. We(my daughter and I) tried TMobile because we thought we’d get more data for the same price. BIGMISTAKE.(1) I couldn’t get data on my old phone, even thought the store said no problem. It took several days, calls with customer service and returning to the TMobile store to determine that I’d have to get a different«old phone» in order to use TMoble.(My daughter bought a Galaxy Edge day 1). After finally getting a phone I could use too(i.e. where the data worked), I gave it a fair shot. HERE’S WHEREYOURCALLSAND/OR DATAWILLDROP:(Google Maps, calls, data for messages, internet searches): RANCHOBERNARDO, PARTSOFLAJOLLA, CARMELVALLEY, PARTSOFSANDIEGO(heading down 1 – 15, somewhere between 1 – 15 and the 8), and other places I don’t remember. When I tried to return her Edge(and my Galaxy), while the Galaxy was within the 2 week period, the Edge was 4 days past, and they refused to take the device back(perfect condition). The coverage is awful, the customer service is awful. DON’T SWITCHTOTMOBILE!

My experience in T-Mobile was amazing. Definitely one of the most customer friendly places I have ever been to. Robert and Peter were both knowledgeable and helpful. I was able to leave with a new device in a matter of minutes. I definitely recommend going to T-Mobile in 4s ranch.
