Fluid Sound

Was extremely disappointed in the customer service and sale staff. It wouldn’t waste your time with company if your in South Orange County even if they assure you they work in your area!
I contacted Fluid Sound to get a quote for Video Conferencing system for a small conference room in South Orange County. When I called my first question was specifically do they do work in Orange County, I was assured that they did. My second question with regards to the size of my conference room and i was assured they had systems that could accommodate all sizes.
Then all of a sudden…
«I have review this project with my supervisor and we unfortunately will have to decline to bid.
As it is a smaller project and we would have to travel out of San Diego County for this the cost would not benefit both our companies.
I would try and find a company closer to your location.»

Fluid Sound has seems to touch every part of San Diego. Every time I am at a venue and I am impressed with the sound quality, I inquire as to who has been doing their sound. I am never surprised to learn that it is Fluid Sound!
They have a keen way of listening and providing excellent service. I have worked with them twice in two very different venues, and was impressed both times! Great Job!
