Its a nice looking shop with a variety of great juices. I was kindly greeted and helped. They took the time to talk me through the juices and really helped. I enjoyed my experience and left with popular juice brands i love. I will come here for my juice!

Horrible service! Waited 10mins for the employee counting cash out the register and pocketing some of the money. Also bought a battery that was crap and didn’t last 3 weeks before it wouldn’t recharge anymore. This place is a no go!!!

I went to 3 different vape shops in one day, and I finally finally found the atomizer I was looking for. It is right between the food court and the theater, not hard to miss. The staff gives you honest opinions on what you’re buying and offers suggestions as well. Definitely come here for all your vape needs

Fresh vapes is awesome! Melissa is really helpful and helped us get a subox mini in my favorite colors. She’s super knowledgable about vape life and referred us to these legit flavors. We got pop rocks and omg flavor which is menthol because my girl is trying to stop smoking. Thanks fresh vapes you the best!

I’ve been to alot of vape shops and nothing compares to the level of customer service that I have received here. Not only do they greet you immediately upon arrival but have a very nice laidback «not pushy in sales» atmosphere. They have a very good selection of liquids to choose from, with most of them being the most popular in the current vape market. Kudos guys, keep up what you’re doing and i will always come here for all my vaping needs!

I love these vapes! Normally vapes are too harsh, or run out of flavor almost immediately, but these lasted for a very long time and they were amazing. Employees were incredibly helpful and knowledgable. Not to mention how professional the owner is! I would definitely recommend Fresh Vapes to anyone! :)

Was walking around the mall and happened to see this shop. I walked up to see what they had and was greeted immediately. I was offered juices and what brands I preffered if any. They had a variety of great juices and asked him which of the juices were the best seller he had. Being a Vape noob I asked if he can show me how to make a good build as I kept burning my coil and a lot of other questions. He did without any hesitation so I was happy about that.
I would come back here whenever I’m around the area. Very satisfied with there services.

I went to this shop a couple of days ago and I must say that I was pleasantly surprised by how well I was treated after having heard my friend’s experience with other vape shops. The manager Chris helped me out and answered all my questions that I had concerning vaping and was very helpful. I went ahead and picked up a full mod set up with a subtank mini and I am very pleased with my purchase. Since then I have completely quit smoking and already feel much healthier. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

I went back to the store because I was around the Mission Valley area. Here are my thoughts the 2nd time back:
What I ordered: e-​juices
Pros:
–Has a wide selection.
–Customer service knows what they are talking about.
–Convenience of being at the mall where I can do multiple things.
Conclusion: Definitely go to Fresh Vapes when you are around the area!

The employees were very informative and knew in detail what they were doing. These guys are very personable and friendly, I came in for some advice on how to repair my vape (not looking to buy anything) and they didn’t turn me away. I was surprised with how helpful they were, I ended up buying a complete custom vape from them. I’ll be back for some more juice!

Been to this shop five times with different problems each time. Either the product is broken or it just doesnt work. Employees were generally helpful until this past time. A nautilus tank we bought was cracked and leaking since the day we bought it and the employee serving us was very short and angry with us even though last time he said it would be no problem if we need to come back for any reason. These employees need to learn how to serve customers correctly and not give the customers lip when they are trying to explain their problem. Dont reccommend this shop unless youre looking for a quick fix.

This vape shop is awesome and conveniently located in mission valley mall. My husband and I visited this shop and the prices are nice. They run specials and have great customer service. I recommend that you come here and tell other especially since they have great selection as well.
