Great food, reasonable prices and the music is perfect. I sat at a booth based on Elvis Presley, filled with his pictures. It’s designed well… even the bathroom looked unique. Definitely should check this spot out.

Pros: –burgers cooked upon ordering-medium, well-done, whatever is your preference –condiment station: all the sauces you want including ketchup, mayo, honey mustard, bbq, Nacho and jalapeño nacho cheese –toppings bar: choose from iceberg or green lettuce, sliced onions, sliced tomatoes, jalapeños, diced onions and salsa at no extra cost –soda fountain with multiple options: Coke, Coke Zero, Coke Zero cherry, Fanta, Fanta zero, Sprite, Sprite Zero strawberry, the possibilities are endless! I wanted to start with the good first because I really dislike negative reviews. However, if I’m going to have a burger and pair it with fried, terribly«bad for me» food, then they better be worth the calories! Lol. That being said, we ordered potato wedges and onion rings with our orders. The wedges were stale… Tasted old. like they were sitting around for a while. Too bad because I was really looking forward to eating them with the nacho cheese. The onion rings were all stuck together in 2 large pieces. Trying to pull them apart just resulted in all the breaded topping coming off. It’s as if the staff wasn’t even trying. They just threw it altogether and put it on a plate. I will not be coming back.

Fuddruckers is like an idea thought up by someone who wanted to fill a pizza restaurant with dancing animatronic animals but then realized Chuck-E-Cheese had already done that, so they swapped in hamburgers and American nostalgia. The carnival-esque feel remains however. First attraction: Watching a woman learn from her grand-daughter how to operate the newfangled Coca Cola Freestyle Machine. She got it eventually. Second attraction: The sign that put us only 8000 miles from Sydney. Also Dublin was something like 2000 miles east of London. Third attraction: A spicy mustard pump that didn’t work. Fourth attraction: Potato wedges that were disappointingly not spicy. Why bother with non-spicy potato wedges? Fifth attraction: The passable«Inferno» burger. The buns were probably the best part, while the meat was a little too juicy so as to make the consumption a tad difficult. I’ve also never eaten crumbly pepper jack cheese before. Summary: Fuddrucking average.

Fresh made to order burgers. Large dining room with lots of Americana decoration. The only complaint I have is there is always a problem with the cheddar and Jalapeño cheese pumps.

My favorite place to come to when I just want to pig out on a great burger. My go-to is the Hangover burger, you can never go wrong when you put a fried egg and bacon on a burger!

We went to Fuddruckers on a Saturday night. We have eaten there for about 20 years. They have always had the best burgers because they advertised and used TOPSIRLOIN. They were juicy, thick and melted in your mouth. Now they advertise made with premium beef. wtf. The burgers were flat as in very thin, tasteless and on a big fat bun. We are sad that now they have cheapened and changed their winning formula. We checked this restaurant off our favorites list.

first tip. get on their email list for constant 2 fer 1 deals… i’ve been going to fudds in various locations since I was a kid. the burgers here are fresh as you would expect. you fix it the way you want it — that means u dont have some guy/gal completely drowning your burger in whatever sauce they prefer. the real treat here is their fries and jalapeño cheese sauce. fuddruckers to me is burger heaven. u order at the counter and fix it how u want it. no dealing with a server or a guy in the back stacking it. old reliable.

Fuddruckers has always been one of my favorites. The buns are the best part… The cheese for the fries doesn’t hurt either. It’s a family friendly restaurant, and isn’t too expensive. Great for big groups, but can get busy during prime times…

What happened the fuddruckers I used to love!!! Guess my taste buds have evolved drastically since my broke college days. The burgers are mediocre, and the fries are whatever. Save yourself and go to any of the other fast food burger joints on Mira Mesa Blvd.

My mother recently came to town from Texas and she wanted something she was familiar with. I had never been to a Fuddruckers but was pleasantly surprised when I found out they offer a 1lb. burger. At 6’5″, 240, I usually order two entrees at restaurants and get sideways stares. I have finally found a place where I can be satisfied with just one order. Burger was cooked to perfection.

Four Words = Worst Customer Service Ever. Food felt rushed and my bun was soaked with juices. All employees were rude teenagers that spoke to me and my boyfriend so disrespectfully. We were one of the only 3 customers in the restaurant. Definitely will not be coming back to this location.

I got the hangover. This sandwich is sooo good. The place is nice as well. The food came out quite quickly. Great place for dinner with friends or family.

I came here since it’s close to home, and I wanted something simple. I really do regret it. I should have gone to the buffet across the way. It was lunch time on the weekend. The wait was fine. Service was quick, everything was nice and orderly. That’s where the buck stops, though. It cost me $ 17 for a complete meal, which was way more than I was planning on spending. But I would have been okay if the food was good. In the past at another location I tried their buffalo burger and was disappointed at it’s quality, making me hesitant to try anything else. I normally don’t eat burgers as I have a texture problem with gristle. Bison/buffalo normally has less than beef. So fast forward to today, still gunshy and try the elk with cheese and mushrooms. I ordered it medium and it came out well done. The taste was nice, but not a single bite was without gristle. Drink was good. Fry was good. Bread was good. Mushrooms were amazing. Meat(the main event) was tragic. Seriously. Go to the buffet across the way.

The food at this particular location is always fresh. I’ve visited other ones where this is not the case.(The salsa has dried out, the lettuce is wilted, the tomatoes are actually white and not red…) Another thing my husband and I noticed about the Mira Mesa Fudruckers is that the manager Carlos Chavez really takes good customer service very personally.(My husband and I stopped by this location a couple of weeks ago and this guy even remembered what we ordered!) The employees here have a great attitude; every one we’ve dealt with seems to genuinely enjoy their job(and interacting with the customers – meaning, a genuine«Hello, how ARE you?» –insert a REAL smile) Employees also seem happy to pitch in checking in on tables. Bonus: the bathrooms are always clean and well stocked. For quality in-expensive ‘fast-ish food’ there really is no better place.

Hey. It’s Fuddruckers, what else can you ask for in the age of gourmet hamburgers? This location is clean, fast and always has fresh baked buns. I got the Ribeye Steak sandwich and it was awesome. Wifey had the 1⁄3 pounder and it was great too. Love this place.

In a burger world where big, messy, and expensive rule, Fuddruckers makes a strong case as the best casual sit-down burger joint in town. I’ve tried many of the burgers here but I always come back to just the regular beef burger. Exotics seem dry and smaller, and the turkey wasn’t very good. — Love the liquid condiment pumps and the cheese dispensers! — I’m not the biggest fan of potato wedges, but they do compete the experience here. — The back room is recommend for guy meetings(fantasy football, etc etc). — Always plenty of room here, even on busy days. — Coke Zero Freestyle — Jalapeño chips are on the mild side, which is good.

Thursday 5;30PM I haven’t been to Fuddruckets in about year. Probably used a coupon back then too. I consider this place«fast food» but the prices are higher. The flooring, tables, countertops, condiments station and dessert area hasn’t changed at all. Tonight, I had the coupon special… Half Pound Hangover on Wheat bread with Sweet Potato fries and ice water. For me, it was a lot of food for 1 sitting. I could only eat half, saving the rest for tomorrow’ lunch. For $ 8, it was worth the meal(s). Their Salad menu actually looked great. May order the Southwesr Salad next time. Looking forward to their next coupon in the mail.

Their onion rings are da bomb! Light, tempura like batter with great seasoning! For me not to add salt to rings is unheard of! Even their crispy chicken sammie was better than last time.

This place has always been one of my go to places for burgers. They have a wide variety of burgers to select from and offer them in 1/3, ½ or 1 pound. The fries here are actually potato wedges and are huge. Typical big portions and the fries are plentiful. The chicken tenders basket with fries is my go to dish here If i don’t feel like getting a burger. You walk in and to your left is the line to wait to get to the cashier to order. They give you a buzzer and you walk to their seating area and find an open table to seat yourself. You can then at that time go to the soda machines(They have those those machines that has a wide variety of drinks that it can make) or go to their toppings bar to get your soda or toppings while you wait for your food. They have a good selection of toppings but ranch is kept behind the counter and you have to request for it when you come up to get your food. The customer service shines at this place. The tables(which are wooden) are very clean and never sticky all the times I’ve been here. They do get crowded around dinner time but the wait is never that long. Very busy atmosphere but well organized. The milkshakes here are VERY good, I would HIGHLY suggest trying a milkshake here before leaving(you can get them to-go) they are VERYVERY good. Parking here is good, they have their own lot in front of their restaurant and there is a huge adjacent lot right next to them. If you are in the area I suggest giving this Fuddruckers a try.

I wouldn’t normally go to Fuddruckers but I attended a Steampunk party there a week ago and was pleasantly surprised. It’s not top-of-the-line, but I may go there again in the future. It was really cool that they blocked off a giant section for our group since there were over 50 of us. With so many top hats, corsets, bustles, and retro-futuristic gadgetry, I’m sure the families there were wondering what the hell was going on. The irony of being dressed to the 9s was that I ended up ordering the messiest burger they have, but it was damned tasty! I needed a virtual cornucopia of napkins to clean up my hands, but nothing got on my clothes! Huzzah! The onion rings I ordered with the burger were mediocre. They were very lightly breaded and barely crispy. Next time I’ll get the fries.
