I’m Viet’s VIP guest! But seriously Fusion is by far the best lounge I’ve been to. Great customer service from both Viet and Evan. Highly recommend this lounge over the others in San Diego.

Came in at about 4pm today to avoid the Friday rush. Waited 35 minutes for our hookah– they forgot to bring it out, but Viet, one of the employees, gave us a glass hookah to make up for the mistake. It was really smooth, so I can overlook the wait. Word to the wise– If you ask for coconut coals, make sure the employees don’t forget about them.

I’ve been here when it’s packed and when it’s slow. Regardless of how busy it is, the staff is super friendly and the hookahs smoke well. They keep the volume at a very reasonable which few lounges do anymore and parking is plentiful. Def a nice hidden spot for anyone looking to smoke a nice quality hookah!

I use to always come here years ago when they first opened. This place was the coolest spot ever back in the days! Especially on DJ nights it gets extremely packed. 18+ only. I wish there was alcohol!

I have been here once, and it was awesome enough to make me want to go again. This place serves no alcohol, but the hookah is truly phenomenal! If you like hookah, and are really tired of tasting the coal instead of the flavor, this is the perfect place for you! These people know how to make a hookah!

super cool dude, super cool. the vibe is cool the chairs are comfy. they upgraded a lot from when they first opened. im here right now though and it’s only like 3 groups. I don’t know waiting for this hookah is like waiting for my food at a restaurant and it’s like dude you’re packing a bowl for hookah and lighting coals, legit should not be 25 mins lol., idk they cool though, I guess. wathii.

This place was pretty cool. We came early on a Saturday. So there wasn’t a lot going on. But the guy Evan was very attentive. He took request on music and liked to joke around. Very chill atmosphere. I’d like to see this place on a busier night.

The staff here are friendly and accommodating. The newly remodeled lounge is definitely a place for anyone who wants to come with friends to listen to great music and enjoy good company. There’s outlets on every couch and free wifi which is a bonus. Ask for Evan, he’ll make sure you enjoy your visit. The shisha flavors that the staff mixes together along with the ice hose never disappoint!

This place is yet another coffin in the nail of my youth. I enjoy the occasional hookah and Fusion Lounge provides all the necessities, all the fruity flavors, the comfy couches and the dim lighting so one doesn’t have to stare at the harsh realities of life. Instead you are bathed in the warm glow of big screen tvs televising sports and and the thumping of music all while swimming in a sea of pleasant soft smoke.
So why only 3 stars? Well, service was good enough, and prices are alright, but to be honest the clientele doesn’t fit with my age anymore. It’s mostly young kids. I guess I just don’t fit in or relate anymore. The music is very heavily rap. It’s ok but after a while you become tired of it. I’m constantly amazed how rap artists can get away with such misogynists lyrics… but I digress.
So I think 3 stars is fair. It’s close and conveient. I’ll just have to prep myself for the lasers.
