Cute shop. Confusion about hours over the holiday. Hope they put a larger sign in the window next time they go away…

Very cool shop in North Park with trendy items for both guys and gals. From vintage roll-up school maps to moustache wax, you can find everything you need to equip your hipster-vibe home. Antique brass manual coffee grinders, leather goods, blankets, and more are all sourced from a variety of countries(including the US), giving the shop a very international feel. Some similar stores carry all«made in China» trend-driven goods, but not Geographie. The owners really care about adding something different and special to the area, and have super interesting stories to tell about their own lives as well. I’m writing this review on «Small Business Saturday», and can’t think of a better example of such a place than Geographie. It’s a must-visit anytime you’re in North Park San Diego, and the inventory is always changing, so even if you’ve been there before you have to go back often.

Stopped by this evening to purchase a gift for a friend’s birthday & the owner Cindy, was just so helpful with showcasing a few options. You can tell that she genuinely enjoyed assisting me throughout my long, indecisive process. Everything in here is just unconventionally cool! I’ll definitely visit this shop again!

Geographie is a hip little shop with a vintage vibe located in the heart of North Park. My Grandparents ran a general store in rural Ohio where I grew up, and this place catches a lot of those vibes, it certainly gives me a nostalgic feeling when I walk in. They have a great selection of textiles, soaps, will leather bags, fashion accessories, knives, dry goods, and mens grooming products. there are also a lot of odds and ends, just cool things you never knew you needed until you see them. My first visit here I purchased a Dovo straight razor, and due to a technical error with the computer I ended up being charged not once, not twice, but thrice for my purchase. Lucky for me the owners Cindy and Bob went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I was reimbursed, and for the inconvenience they gifted me with a bar of their Iron Lion soap, and a Gold Coast Goods Hemp selvedge tie(this has immediately become one of my favorite pieces of neck ware). The bottom line is they really care about customer satisfaction and turned something that could have been really stressful for me into a positive experience. I have since purchased a number of mens grooming items as well as soaps and I look forward to the next time I have an excuse to visit this shop.

What’s not to love here? The owners have impeccable taste. Fog linen from Japan. Opinel knives, super cool housewares and even bags and jewelry for the ladies. They carry hard to find lines from small companies. Geographie has a very cool general store feel with a funky and unique twist. Perfect for a gift or treat yourself to a one of a kind item. I know I do. They even have classes, entertainment sometimes and parties. So impressive. Thank goodness someone in San Diego has taste like this!

I love Geographie! They have so many interesting art pieces and collections available to buy and see. I met Cindy and she runs this store amazingly! I love how Geographie supports local artists and artists. When you walk in you just feel welcomed by the staff and the wonderment of the all the collections all throughout the store. Definitely, a store you must check out if you are in the North Park area. Recommended: If you want to see local artists work, vintage items, unique collections, gift ideas!

Been coming here since they opened and have been photographing the owners Cindy and Bob for their editorial shoot. Great people and customer service. Cindy has a keen eye for handmade artistic items. Lots of beautiful and unique items with a twist of vintage. They believe in green and sustainability and community. All products are handmade of very high quality. I love they support artisans and makers that are a small business. Love Love Love this place Some of my favorite items are Baggu leather goods, WILL leather bags, OWP candles especially the dahlia scent, Live A Great Story and of course St. James items. There is a very nice selection of sturdy aprons that’s great for a chef or a gardener. It’s almost my second home. Please make a trip to meet Cindy and Bob and keep your eyes peeled for the perfect gift for someone.

We wandered into this store on what we later found out was their opening day. My husband and I were doing a little shopping on Small Business Saturday and couldn’t resist poking our heads in here for a minute. We ended up wandering around quite a long time. And then we came back the next day to look at stuff again. And then the following week to show my mom and step-dad how cute the store was. And I’ve personally recommended it to at least three people as a great place to get gifts. My husband especially loved the section of shaving and beard/mustache supplies. He bought some mustache wax and absolutely loves it. There are any number of vintage and one-of-a-kind gifts here and you can find something interesting for anyone in your life. They have very nice leather goods as well. After visiting the store three times and feeling oddly drawn to it, we found out the owners are from Oregon and it all made sense. I grew up in Oregon and my husband and I are planning to move back there in a couple years. Somehow we always manage to sniff out the Oregonians. Regardless, this is a welcome store and one that I know we’ll frequent often.

Super cute store! I came in looking for a last-minute white elephant gift and was greeted by the store’s very friendly pooch! You can really tell that the store owners, a lovely couple, put a lot of time and effort into selecting the(artisan/local) items that they feature in their shop. Unlike a lot of boutique stores, there’s even a section that’s tailored to men! The shopkeepers advised me on a top-notch quality glass pickling jar to get for my boyfriend and even gave me some ideas as well. I’ll definitely be revisiting this store in the future :)

I just stopped into this shop today, and was given the biggest, warmest greeting by the shop owners. They instantly made me feel right at home. Then I got a chance to look around at all the stuff! I want one of everything, I am going go buy all my holiday gifts here. I could barely take in all the stunning vintage jewelry, hand crafted leather accessories and bags, letterpress cards and prints, and too much other good stuff to list here. I love that they feature and support local artists and tradespeople. I’ll be back real soon. This shop feels like home :)
