I can’t believe it’s me saying this, but I love going to work out! I never did before. Since I’ve been working with Tamara at Get Fit on Adams, I actually look forward to sweating and all that stuff. She’s great and the time passes so quickly I don’t even realize I’ve been exercising! She’s the best!

Other personal trainers always intimidated me; until I started going to Get Fit w/​Tamara. Tamara is fun, down to earth and knows her stuff. I have lost 30 pounds because of her. She guides you through a great workout, gives nutritional info and just makes working out fun.

Tamara is an excellent trainer, providing workouts customized to your needs and abilities. Every time I go I get an awesome workout, and an education about exercise form or healthy living. Both the private workouts and the group sessions are a great value — I always leave sweating far more than I ever do when I work out on my own for an hour! I highly recommend Get Fit with Tamara!
