I surf and am in the sun a lot and dr. Ginsberg gave my skin a check. I felt very comfortable with him and his staff, the place was very clean and easy to park and find, and he gave advice on where I might be able to better protect with sunscreen(always forgetting the neck and ears). Plus got a few sunscreen samples! Will be back yearly.

I visited dr. Ginsberg for a couple minor issues that I had been dealing with for a while but never really bothered to take care of. Once they got to the point where I couldn’t ignore them anymore I went to see Dr. Ginsberg. He was very nice, very professional and had no problem answering all my questions and looking at different things That were bothering me. I’ll be going back next time I need any sort of skin evaluation.

I’ve waited to post my review to see what my primary care physician thinks of the giant, nasty, purple goober left on the back of my leg by a procedure I had done here. She referred me to a different dermatologist to have it looked at. Back in April I went in to have a marble sized lump on my leg evaluated. Dr. Ginsberg thought it was just a lipoma, but wanted to do a biopsy just to be safe. As he cut it out he said he was glad he did cause it looked more like a cyst. The hole was pretty deep and very painful as the anesthetic wore off. He folded a piece of gauze in half and in half again and placed a regular old band aid over it to hold it on. A regular sized band aid didn’t even cover the diameter of the wound! It took so long to heal I began to get worried, but a friend of mine who is a nurse told me that since the wound was so big and deep it would take some time. Once it finally healed she looked at the big purple spot and said it looked like a blood clot and massaging it should break it up. A month later it was still just as big and just as purple. She told me to get it evaluated by a doctor cause it should have broken up by now :( Also, the billing lady is not willing to work with you. Even if you’re making payments, she considers you to be delinquent after 3 payments and will send it to collections. Most doctor’s offices are willing to work with you a little bit, but her policy is 3 payments and then you’re just a deadbeat. I wasn’t expecting to have a procedure done that day, particularly one that cost hundreds of dollars, so this was an unforeseen expense for me. Overall not a pleasant experience!
