I hired Glenn as a 203k consultant on a large project last year. During the 14-​months we worked together, Glenn and I met several times onsite to perform audits and coordinate bank draws. I found his work to be sub par. He was disorganized and often arrived unprepared. Follow up paperwork would arrive with errors and/​or omissions. Too often I was forced to facilitate communication and prepare documents for the bank (this is the main responsibility of a 203k consultant). He certainly has experience and is probably an adequate home inspector but I cannot recommend him as a 203k consultant.

I have used Glenn Schwartz as a home inspector for over 5 years. He is always on time, very knowledgeable and has 100’s of inspections under his belt. Glenn provides great detailed reports in a timely manner and is available for any questions.
