I went into this store to get help on my phone bill and Alex was so thoughtful! He took the time to help me. I highly recommend this location. It amazes me some of the negative reviews, the times I have been to this location they have surpassed my expectation of a phone sales rep.

I have been visiting this independent Verizon store since it opened and have never been disappointed. Every employee has always been helpful in every way possible. However, recently I thought wireless employee Quinn Smith went above and beyond in tending to various issues I was having with upgrading from an iPhone 4S to an iPhone 5S that I had received via my Verizon business account. In contrast, taking an issue to an actual corporate Verizon store can mean long waits and less than enthusiastic service. I just got my iPhone 6 from this location the other day and the help I received from the fellows that work here was beyond what I would have expected from a Verizon store.
For someone who isn’t particularly savvy with understanding how all the phone plans work, they were very patient in explaining it to me. They didn’t try to press the latest products and deals on me. They were flexible and worked at my pace.
I appreciate that the process of receiving my upgrade was largely headache– free thanks to their assistance.

Great customer service from Stormy Chadwick, be sure to ask for Stormy! He was exceptionally patient with getting my Mom established with a new iPhone upgrade from an old flip phone. Competent, fair and patient! Will shop again.

This place has the worst service! Employees are not helpful and make you wait forever until they can help you. I pre-​ordered a phone and it arrived much later than they said it would. I’ve had to come back here numerous times for them to simply add contacts to my new phone. They lied and said I would not have to pay for them to add my contacts if I purchased a phone there. I purchased a phone and they made me stil pay for it. Terrible customer service at this location. I would not recommend anyone come here to purchase a phone or for services.
