This place does the job.
All the snacks and alcohol you would need for a fun time in PB.
Want a more varied assortment? Go to Vons or BevMo.
Overall, great pit-​stop location for everyday munchies and drinks. The guys at the counter have always been nice and welcoming when I have come and never had a problem finding parking…

Easy parking, pleasant service from the same gentleman every time, a decent selection of craft beer, and good selection of chilled chardonnay at various price points. It’s not an especially large store, but they seem to have everything.
It’s great to know that Bundaberg Ginger Beer is sold, my favorite.
Disappointing that Super Lotto or Powerball isn’t available.

They also have a decent selection of liquor, but not much wine or beer. The location is convenient and it is always the same guy working here. I like the neighborhoody feel, its much better than stopping at Vons. You won’t get the selection you would at a specialty liquor store as this place caters to the liquor-​guzzling PB masses. You need some vodka to mix with your purple drank… come here. If you want to say things like, «that was a good year» in reference to wine, look elsewhere.
I feel like I should really give Grand Liquor 4 stars… but this used to be my go to liquor place when partying at the apartment right above it.

I just moved into the neighborhood and decided to check out my new local liquor store for a bottle of wine. I was pleased with what I found. Not a huge store but they have a pretty good selection of wine, beers, and an interesting selection of liquors. The fact that it’s so close I know I will return when I don’t feel like straying far from home and have a craving for an alcoholic beverage.

The variety is great for any type of party or just to get your buzz on and the workers are very friendly and seem like they’d be stern, but know how to crack a joke.
Plus it’s walking distance from me, so I can’t beat it!

There’s not too much to say about this place. It’s a tiny little liquor store with pretty much the bare minimum of what you would need for a day of drinking in PB. A rather limited selection of beer and liquor, but I guess it does the trick when you’re in this neighborhood.
The cashier was not very friendly, but if I had to sit in a sweat box full of booze the size of a gym locker I wouldn’t be the chipperest of fellas either.
If you’re driving into PB for a beach party or the recently made popular Floatopia, this liquor store’s main appeal is the convenience of being off of Grand Ave. Other than that there’s better places with better prices.
