This is the only place I come to for Mongolian stir fry veggies and noodles! I have been to a few places and this is by far my favorite. The veggies are fresh and they have a good selection too. They also have different kinds of meat you can choose from! You also have a choice of noodles or rice. I always pick noodles of course! And their noodles are thick and yummy! He bowls are def small but if you pack it right you can fill it up with yummy ingredients! The workers here are ok. They do stare at you like you’re crazy sometimes when your trying to fill your bowl up. But if you tip they they get pretty happy! Hahaha

I love the food here, i really do, but the guys that work there usually act like they are working for free, they are usually very rude, give u attitude, and as you are filling up the small bowl they give you a look as if you were stealing from there. Im give it a 2stars because of their service, but the food i really love it

My second time I come to this place the food is great. one thing I saw and never coming back again is that one of the cooks when to the bathroom with his apron on, he came out and didn’t even wash his hands after using the bathroom. He when back to work and started cooking like that. How nasty is that that’s how people get sick. I don’t recommend this restaurant. I not coming back again ever. Second time I go and same shitty service I get.

It was OK. You can choose from a small variety of meats, vegetables and sauces, put everything in a bowl and give it to one of the guys who places it on the hot stone with rice or noodles(your choice) and after a few minutes you can eat. Simple, easy, price was ok, taste was nothing special but also ok. In my opinion a better choice than many other fast food services(because of fresh vegetables).

The food was okay. The only problem was that when I handed the guy my bowl to cook he insisted that I add more broccoli. I said no but he still packed my bowl with broccoli which made my dish taste like nothing but broccoli. The noodles probably would’ve tasted better if I actually got to choose my own items.

Service could be better. You can’t expect much from a mall food court though. I love the concept. You choose the meats, veggies and sauces to cook with your noodles. I finish it off with sesame seeds and a side of Sriracha. It is best when it is cooked longer(noodles slightly charred). It’s a bummer when they don’t cook it long enough.

This is about the only place I will eat at this mall. You pick your meat first, I pack on the turkey! Then you choose your veggies, and finally the rice or noodles. It is delicious! Before they cook it in front of you choose your sauces. They have replaced the older staff and now it’s younger guys and I have to say every time I come here they are very friendly. The cooks make great conversation while you’re waiting for your food and this place has mall discount for employees. Don’t forget some siracha before you take off. Will definitely keep coming back!

The food is good, the staff is unfriendly. I like the fact you can pile on lots of food and for the price its perfect. From the manager to the cooks they really need a lesson on customer service. I would actually say its a 2.5 stars. 3 for the food and 2 for the service.

This place & chipotle are the only things I’ll eat at this mall. First time here, I wasn’t even greeted by the worker. She had that annoyed«I don’t want to be here» look. But my second time was much better. I was greeted by a Korean elder who was smiling. Overall, it was okay. I personally like salty food but mine was way too salty & they were mixed with burnt food. My man spat out the food when I made him take a bite. Felt like I was eating pure salt even though I got one scoop of everything. Pros: you get to choose what you want in your bowl. & they cook it pretty fast. Cons: pricey, meat was too fatty, salty & had a dirty grill. I wanted them to clean the grill before cooking mine because all the burnt food was still on the grill. Overall, my food was too salty & they need to clean the grill more often. Next time I’ll ask the cook to not add any sauces while cooling mine. It’s still a good food!

Portion size is good as long as you ask for extra noodles to go along with your bowl full of meat and veggies. Dislike that the price went up, but thank goodness that it’s such an easy dish to share.

The food was good, but I had to tell the cook to put my food back on. They do not cook the meat thoroughly. Someone will get sick sooner or later if it has not already happened

Can the manager please do something about the cashier’s attitude?! She’s so rude! As I was reaching for a pair of chopsticks, she shockingly snatches them away from me and says«what do you need!?». After it was obvious what I was aiming for, she then proceeds to hand them to me with a shitty look on her face(sorry for my language).

I LOVELOVELOVEMONGOLIANFOOD! I live 20 mins up north from here but I try to make excuses to come to this mall just so I can eat this. Pros: they let you fill up your own bowl(I take my hands with a napkin and shove it down so I can fit more food) If you tip them and they see it, sometimes they’ll throw in some extra noodles because they appreciate it They work really hard and their fast at grilling your food It’s less than $ 10 and it’s huge! Cons: it’s down south and it’s scary to be traveling this way for dinner at night. They have a great khans in the UTC mall but everytime I go there it’s a horrible experience. This location however, never seems to disappoint me.

I loved eating here on my breaks. But they lost a customer. They have a difficult time maintaining a clean store and some of the staff does not work well under pressure. I got food poisoning the last time I ate here. Was out for 4 days. As much as it satisfied my noodle cravings I am traumatized for life and can not look at this place the same way again. Pros: Variety of veggies/meats Cons: Easy for them to cross contaminate.

My order: #1(meat + veggies) PROS: — Selection of either rice or noodles — Wide variety of vegetables, meat, and sauces/spices. I can’t handle spicy foods too well but I did have a bit of chili added to my order and it was just right. — Cooked thoroughly(but meat was a tad bit overcooked) — Satisfies the needs of my Asian stir-fry cravings especially when there’s nothing like this in the New England area(at least not one place that serves it like this). CONS: — Not enough noodles! I recommend ordering extra($ 2 + tax) — Pricey TIPS: — You can’t smash down the meat with your hands but be sure to line up the meat sideways and use the tongs to smash it down along the sides of the bowl. This will ensure maximum room for everything else you want to add on top. — The broccoli can be added strategically by placing each stem into the cracks & crevices the mountain full of ingredients. If that makes any sense… — Beware… they do use a lot of soy sauce so it may be too salty at times but then again, it is Asian food and we sure do use a lot of soy sauce

Eh, this place wasn’t as good as I thought it might be. The customer service was probably the only thing that may have me coming back, but there are too many reasons not to. Great Khan Mongolian Festival is expensive for the amount of food you get. You’re looking at $ 10 for a bit of noodles and vegetables. Unlike the the chain ‘Mongolian Grill’, they put the noodles in your bowl for you, which in turn, kind of skimps you out of the amount of food you get. On top of that, the food was just okay. It wasn’t anything special or worth coming back for. Advice to those who run this place: For the sauces, you may want to add a chart that states which sauces go together, which sauces are for mild/medium/hot, etc. That would have been nice.

You can get a lot for just $ 7.95 a bowl by piling high. I like that you can select your ingredients and volume of each. The staff isn’t very attentive though. The cashier kept disappearing to the back room and finally came back to ring me up. I also had to repeat what sauces I wanted because one of the servers or cooks didn’t seem to acknowledge what I’d said both times.
