Friendly staff. Fresh food, made fresh, and plenty of variety at a very reasonable price!!! On my list of regular places for lunch or dinner!

First time here. I originally went in for a wrap! But asked about the chili and ended up running off with one of those! 4 bucks for a 12 oz.-good for a lunch size. They do have a family size available.(32oz for $ 10) The chili had the perfect spice! The beans were a bit undercooked. The bread that came with the chili on the side was really hard. The place was very well-kept and clean. Granted, they open at 10am and I was there at about 10:30 to grab an early lunch so I wouldn’t expect any less. Team members answered a lot of questions that I asked and were very helpful. I’ll be back to try a wrap and/or salad!

Hands down the best fast casual restaurant ever. Amazing salads with lots of choices that are whipped up super fast. You get so much more quantity here than you do at any other place for $ 7 – 9. Their salad and soup or potato combos are also bomb. They would be 6 stars if they took the Trader Joes or Starbucks customer service approach, but they’re right on par with most places. I wish Greenspot was on every corner.

The salads here are alright. For a place whose main product is mostly salads you think they would be better. Prices are pretty high for the quality of what you are getting. I’ve stopped in for a quick lunch a few times for to go and they took forever to make the salad.(They make the salad like subway/chipotle style in front of you) but I was the only one in there and it took forever to get my salad. This place is decent you get the same quality as if you go to Ralph’s and buy a premade salad, just a little more expensive.

Ill keep it short but sweet here. I saw an ad in a local magazine for this place and I decided it couldn’t hurt to try. The staff is friendly, the place is clean and the food… excellent. I went with the excellent chicken margherita wrap combo and my side was were the delicious potato wedges with two dipping sauces(also good). The lemonade and iced tea(had to make an Arnold Palmer) was good as well. Portions are decent so no going home hungry. I’ll definitely be returning to this place.

I have to say this place was great! The staff was helpful. I had never been and they recommended their best sellers as well as their personal favorites. I got the Greek Turkey Wrap and Great Pacific Salad. I tend to over order and like to try everything so I also ordered the wedges on the side. The Greek Turkey Wrap was perfect for me. Just the right amount of each ingredient and it didn’t turn into a soggy mess. The salad was refreshing, I love the sesame vinaigrette dressing. Definitely will be coming back for other lunches!

I was really excited about The Greenspot opening in 4s Ranch because, like many San Diegans, I sometimes like to pretend that I’m active and healthy and eat salads! So I eagerly tried my first Greenspot salad(the Ensenada) and I was extremely pleased! It was absolutely delicious! I got the side salad along with tomato basil soup and I was very happy with my choice. The Greenspot is receiving 3 stars from me because although I enjoy their salads, I don’t appreciate their customer service, or lack there of. One day when I came in for my «healthy salad eating San diegan» fix, the store was completely empty: WOO no line = no wait! Or so I thought… It took the staff member over 5 minutes to realize I was in the store waiting to order even after I had called out for someone a few times. Plus the store and worked reaked of weed! Completely unprofessional and unsanitary. Additionally the salads are not consistent. I brought my brother in to try their salads and we ordered the exact same salad except I got a side order(the smaller size) and he got the entrée order. Our salads DIDNOT taste the same! It looked like they put the same amount of toppings and veggies on the two salads — one just had more lettuce than the other. Which really threw off the flavors. I guess I’m gonna have to start finding other places for healthy food. Sadly disappointed, I was really hoping this place was gonna be good!

I LOVE this place! The staff is friendly, they have a wide variety of ingredients for salads and wraps and the salads are actually a big enough size even the«side» salad. Some reviews on here mentioned the pricing and it does cost money for the salads, typically I spend $ 11 per salad BUT it is all natural, fresh, and clean eating AND I don’t have to make it myself which is the main reason why I go there… One time they forgot my dressing but it wasn’t that big of a deal because I just topped it off with balsamic vinegar and olive oil and it was still delicious! I read some reviews mentioning that the lettuce wasn’t fresh and I I’ve never had that experience and I’ve been a regular customer there for a couple months. There’s also been some mentioning on the salad dressing not being tasty enough and it is important to keep in mind that real natural foods don’t have has much taste as other not so natural foods. Clean eating is an acquired taste that you get from. well. clean eating. The main reason why I go there is because I trust that they’ll serve me only good, nutritious foods. I honestly believe them when they say their ingredients are fresh and natural and that everything is prepared«in house». I don’t know how Panera or other restaurants prepare their foods. Hence why I go to Greenspot instead.

What a refreshing alt lunch spot to get healthy made for you while you wait salads and wraps. Tried the Ensenada Salad today with sliced grilled chicken and some cucumbers(because I love ‘em), plus the Spicy Red Lentil Soup. Also a glass of iced tea. The salad was fresh and enormous, even though I ordered the«side» size vs. the«entrée» size. Staff was efficient and friendly and the outdoor seating was shaded and cool, even on a hot day. I’ll be back.

Recently headed to grab a salad on a blistering hot day — barely any wait, really fresh, delicious ingredients and very respectable customer service. Nice to have a go-to salad spot as the weather heats up. Slightly on the pricey side for salads, so make sure you really want a big bowl of salad… but as long as you don’t pick ridiculous combinations(you know, bizarre dressing with other bizarre ingredients), I’d say it would be tasty and worth it. If you have no Tender Greens in your area this is a good plan B. My husband had a soup here when he wasn’t feeling well and thought it was pretty tasty. Bonus — there’s a lovely little courtyard outside that is very aesthetically pleasing.

This particular location had failed as other restaurants. This place however is a perfect balance for the demographic. Good clean food, something for everyone. Being a Vegan they definitely have options. I love that they have Vegan Chili, Veggie Curry and Lentil Soup regularly. Everything is fresh, eco-friendly, and healthy. Everything I look for in a restaurant establishment-plus everything is delicious!

For a person who is not a huge fan of salads, I’ve gotta say I LOVE this place. I’ve always been turned off by the measly pieces of protein these types of places put on the salads and the questionable freshness of the product. But this spot does it all right. As you can tell by my picture(Ensenada Salad btw), they give huge chunks of quality chicken and everything tastes extremely fresh. I found out about Greenspot last Monday and have already frequented it 4 times in the past week. The fact that this location is 5 mins from my house is also a plus. Souplantation who?

The soul of salad, consistently Have you ever been to Chipotle when its busy? It’s like getting sped through the porridge line in a Siberian prison camp. Verysoulless corporate experience. I discovered Green Spot 2 years ago in Sorrento Valley and the guy making the salad seemed like he had his head in the game & enjoyed making me a nutritious salad to order. He did it with purpose and I thought it was a franchise, like a healthy Chipotle with soul. Turns out the guy making the salad was the founder, Micah Goldfarb. I’ve been going there at least once a week since then and the experience is consistent(and soulful) and Micah makes sure his team takes pride in the purpose and process. Today I was in RB and decided to check the new GS. Its the same experience and I expected it to be great. Congratulations sir, you cloned your baby and I’m sure the yogi moms and MTB dads will be hooked on GS like me.

I was exited to try this place and was hoping to make it my regular lunch spot. Well, as of now i can’t say that i will be back. I’m assuming that they are still working out the kinks in this location. The staff is brand new and i noticed how they all kept looking at the menu above to see what ingredients are going into a salad or a wrap their were making. My salad was almost 10 bucks(!) and it was much smaller then the one you get at Urban Plates or Tender Greens. It wasn’t filling and it lacked ingredients.

This newly opened Greenspot Salad location in the 4S Ranch offers organic and local foods whenever reasonable and possible. No hormones and antibiotics is what caught my eye, so I decided to stop in and give them a try. I ordered the California Wrap and made it a combo with soup, their famous Sweet Potato soup for $ 10.95( ). The wrap came in a 100% wheat tortilla, generously filled with roasted turkey, fresh greens, sweet and acidic grape tomatoes, crisp red onions, and creamy avocado, and cheddar cheese( ). The roasted turkey had a light appeal to it but it had very good flavor. I asked for the goddess dressing instead because I prefer it over a basic Ranch dressing. The amount and flavor of the dressing was just right, however, I would of liked to have seen more avocado in the wrap. Then again, what avocado lover would not. I was only able to taste it and see it in a few bites. The sweet potato soup was very good. I thought and let them know that the temperature needed to be higher, but its flavor was great and so was its texture( ). They daily soups are tomato basil bisque and green spot chili, but they rotate others through the menu such as the sweet potato soup( ). The employees were great and quite friendly. They are big fans of their products happy to have you there.
