Been with Jen for almost 20 years. She has an amazing gift for cutting, styling, and everything hair. In addition, she listens and takes the time to learn your hair and lifestyle. She gives fantastic advice and guidance. I feel completely confident saying, «do something different», and I love it every time!

I’ve been going here for years. Jennifer is absolutely wonderful. Whatever quirky idea I come in with Jen will sit down with me and talk about the consequences, positive or negative so I never go into something without the needed knowledge. NO knee jerk with Jen.
Wish there were more people like Jennifer out there.
Go here YOU WILL not be disappointed.

Jen is so amazing that not only did I leave my old stylist to follow her here, but so did my sister AND my mom AND a few of my hard-​to-​please friends! And we’ve all been seeing her for years! Sometimes I don’t know what I want to do, but she always comes up with something awesome that is complimentary. My hair has been short, long, red, black, multiple colors, you name it — she’s done it and I’ve loved it! Great prices too… I also really like the little TVs at each station and that Jen doesn’t try to sell product to me!

I don’t know about the other stylists at Halo since my wife has only seen Jen but she is so good at what she does. As a husband, I was afraid of what might be done to my wife’s hair. Jen listened to her and helped her with the correct termanology so that my wife knew exactly it was that Jen was recommending. Jen is so friendly, down to earth and not pretentious like some salons. My wife doesn’t recommend anyone else & I agree. She looks beautiful.

Alright … Jen (and Wendy, but Wendy moved to Hawaii) are the best damn hair ladies in San Diego. I’ve seen Jen regularly fix ridiculous hair color for walk-​ins, not to mention the amazing job she does on her regular clients! Her hair-​cuts, even for guys, are just as good. She is able to read your face shape, face and head size, and hair type to provide you with her best recommendations for color and cut and/​or modify the color and cut that you are SURE you want (but really, you’re just a little high because that color and cut would NEVER look as good as you think it will). Switch from your regular stylist because Jen is truly insightful and technically EXCELLENT!
