Amazing job framing several pieces of hand-​done embroidery. Mark has an excellent sense of color and texture, and is meticulous about quality. He did one novel inside frame by wrapping royal blue douppioni silk around an inner mat, inside a shiny black frame, for multicolored silk embroidery. Gorgeous. Looking forward to using him again.

I recently used Mark to hang a 6 ½×4 ft, framed photo. I called him on a Saturday and he was able to squeeze me in as early as Monday. He was also able to come at night, no «I’ll be there some time between 3−6». He was on time, professional, efficient, and very friendly. He also gave me advice on where to hang a second piece. I would highly recommend him into anyones house.

Went to Mark to get some wood cut at a 45 degrees for some canvas frames. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and as a result, I ended up getting him to put the frames together for a low price and excellent workmanship.
This saved me so much time! Top quality! Definitely recommended.

This review is a long time coming. I’m so happy I found Hang 1 over a year ago. Mark is a talented guy and such a pro at what he does. I’ve been very happy with the quality of his work. I’ve had him do several pieces for me over the last year including one embedded piece that I love. The latest one was a very sentimental piece for my sister that I also had him box for me to ship to her. It was packaged so carefully when I picked it up to ship and I just went to visit my sister last weekend and saw that she had it hanging in her kitchen. She absolutely loves it.
For everything Mark has done for me he has been on time and very reasonably priced. I will definitely go back again and highly recommend him.

I just picked up a custom framed stitching piece of my Mom’s from Mark at Hang 1 and he did a fantastic job. The green of the frame matches the flower stems perfectly. Now to enter it into the Del Mar Fair. Fingers Crossed… Blue Ribbon!

This business is not closed but it should be. They came to my house and hung a picture and charged me twice what they quoted. Then the picture was hung crooked and the next day when I called him he told me he would fix it but there would be the same charge. Obviously a business that shows no pride in their work. No wonder it shows up as a closed business.
