this is the text of the email I sent to the head office I live in San Diego and went today to your location at 7930 frost Street. I drove over to get a pair of Diabetic shoes. No one told me that you only work by appointments. The information that I got which was printed by Hanger does not say it! My doctor did not tell me. How the heck am I supposed to know. The paper work from Sharp community medical group said nothing about needing an appointment. I found your front desk person to be down right Rude! We work by appointments. She could have cared less about the patient/client. Then she said the first appointment that she had open was Jan 8, 2014. I told her that did me no good because my referral expired on Dec. 31, 2014. When I got home I called my medical plan(Blue Cross) and let them know what bad service you had and told them that I wanted another company to get the shoes for me. They informed me to tell my doctor and they could get me a referral to another firm. I called my Doctor and told him about your bad customer service. I sure hope that I can use another company. there is no excuse for bad service like this. That young lady is your company to the customer. I sure hope that I do not have to do business with your firm.
