I have called three times in the past two weeks to set up an appointment and have YET to receive a phone call back. I cannot believe the lack of service provided by this clinic, I am changing my PCM IMMEDiATELY!

Went to Dr. Son once. I believe she had a family emergency and isn’t practicing any more. Unfortunately the blood work she had ordered for me was never read and now I’m stuck with a $ 700 bill. I was told that my insurance should have covered. Anyone know of a good civilian doctor that takes tricare!!!

Sad to see the other comments on here, although I guess happy patients are less motivated to post comments. I have been seeing Dr Son for 3 years as my PCP. She is friendly and knowledgeable, and also provided great in-network referrals when I needed additional lab work or specialists. They have always been able to squeeze me in for appointments, as long as you call first thing in the morning. I have never received a crazy bill — moral of the story, know your own insurance benefits (I have a Cigna HMO). My only complaint is that they’re closed on Fridays!

She should get a negative 5. None of them know what to do. They ask you to do a urine sample just so that you have to pay $ 10. They charged me $ 160 dollars to sit in their waiting room. I only spoke to the doctor for 5 minutes and she didn’t tell me anything useful. Months after I went in, I receive a billing statement saying I owe them money. I have the check # of the check my insurance wrote them. I tried to talk to them about their mistake, but they don’t answer the phone when I called, and they never return my calls. DO NOT GO HERE!

The doctor herself seems knowledgable and skilled, but her front-office and back-office team are awful. I just got a bill in late October for services in received (and paid for) in April… and every bill I get has a different number on it, scratched out. Getting an appointment when its urgent is simply not possible, and they never answer the phones.
