I love Hard Knox Fit because you get the benefits of personal training but at a fraction of the cost. Francisco, keeps it interesting by changing up the exercises daily. He truly cares about helping you meet your fitness goals and takes into account different fitness levels or even if you have injuries. Not only that, but through HKF, I’ve met a great group of people that helps motivate me to keep coming! Summer is around the corner, come join our FITNESS FAMILY!

This is the best Trainer and Class in San Diego! I cant say enough good things about Hard Knox Fit. Francisco is determined, truly interested and hard working. It doesn’t get any better!

Excellent group training! When I was looking for an outdoor exercise program, I would ride my bicycle around Morley Field, Balboa Park, Mission Beach, and Seaport Village looking at all the trainers. I saw some guys who looked like all they did was go to a gym and others who looked like they needed to go. The first time I saw Francisco, I was impressed. He looked like he practiced what he preached. He looked like he knew what he was doing. On my first day working with his group class, he asked me to tell him my fitness goal. «My main objective,» I said, «is to have the body I had in high school.» Mission accomplished.

I am so glad I found Francisco, he is professional, fun, pushes your limits in a fun way, productive and caring.

I LOVE ! LOVE Hard Knox Fit, its a fun and awesome workout! Francisco the trainer is great !! super motivating and mindful of each person in the class. I am seeing great results and am staying with it thanks to Francisco’s motivation!
