I have been coming to Marisa for a few years now. The gal has aided me in all my hair endeavors, going blonde, to red, to brunette, back to blonde again. My mother was a hair dresser for 20 years. I am picky, observant and expect great results when it comes to my hair. Marisa has never disappointed. She is always so professional, kind and attentive. She pays very close attention to her coloring and cutting. She listens to what you want. She really appreciates her clients, and goes above and beyond to make them feel comfortable, and love their hair! Try Marisa. She’s the best! (Did I mention she’s just fun to hang out with in the chair too?) ;)

Marisa was the first person ever to color my hair. And let me tell you she’s an artist! I moved to Los Angeles and I still drive back to have her cut and style my hair. I refuse to go anywhere else. She’s also just nicest and most fun hair dresser I’ve ever had. And she herself has amazing hair, which is always a good sign.
She also does mens haircuts!

Marisa has been cutting my hair for about 5 years and she’s always done such an amazing job! She always knows exactly what to do for my sometimes crazy wavy hair. I just have to walk in and tell her how much I want cut off and then watch her work her magic. My hair didnt start to grow until I met her! I love that she takes her time with every customer and puts so much thought and passion into each hair cut. It makes the experience so much more enjoyable. :)

Marisa is the first hair stylist that I have found in San Diego who I knew I wanted to keep (after several years of living here.) And in all honesty, I have never had a hair stylist as passionate about what she does as Marisa (and I’ve had stylists while in the modeling industry when I lived and worked in Los Angeles, New York & Sydney, Australia.) I came to Marisa with my hair in a bit of a crisis after having had a baby and she took so much time and care with my hair to make it look perfect again. She is not only is an absolute pro, she’s reasonably priced and an absolute joy to be around while getting your hair done. I can’t recommend her highly enough. In fact, I’m recommending her to all my friends!

I had been on the hunt for a hairdresser just like Marisa for a long time and I am so pleased to have found her! First off she has an incredible sense of style and that is conveyed in her cuts, color and styling. I have difficult hair but that doesn’t seem to phase her, she always knows exactly how to work with it to give me what I am looking for. Aside from her creativity she is a really cool gal, so down to earth and real! We always have such nice conversations and she goes that extra mile to make you feel pampered and beautiful! Marisa is my new hairdresser now. I love that she knows what to do with my curly hair with greying roots. She’s fun and my hair looks fantastic. She’s also given me advice about conditioning and products. If I can’t make the times on her schedulicity appointments, I’ve asked her for a different time and sometimes she can do it. I especially love that she gives out a punchcard so you get a free service after 10.

Marisa is amazing! She is very creative and knows her stuff! She is also doing my hair and my bridal parties hair for my wedding this May! She did an updo for a wedding I attended and I was blown away! Her creativity and ideas are everything you want in a hairstylist. I can be indecisive about hair color and cut but with Marisa I don’t have to worry because she gives great hair advise! She always does a great job and makes sure her clients are always happy. She also has top notch product and is a really nice person. I would recommend her she is a pro at what she does and knows her stuff! I am very happy with her and her work and am glad I met her!
