My mother needed help with my dad, a WWII Vet. 91 yrs old. He had been having some health issues, my mom needed assistance. I reached out and made an appointment but had to cancel due to another trip to ER. I called back to reschedule three different times with no return calls. I was hung up on by one of the persons answering. Very uncaring and unprofessional.
