Konrad has been training me since 2008. I started that summer off weighing only 140 lbs @ 5’9″, but after watching the Beijing Olympics, I was inspired to get into the gym. I was referred to Konrad by word of mouth, and with Konrad’s advice and guidance I quickly gained the mass I wanted and by summer 2009 I was about 170 lbs, with only about 7% body fat. I learned ALOT about fitness and health in general from Konrad, he has given me the tools and know-how to really be successful in the gym. He’s also always put up with my silly questions, usually regarding sources from (such as our famous debate on whether grapefruits lower your testosterone…) and he was always patient in giving his educated side of view. Konrad is passionate about health and fitness, and likes to research everything he applies, so he knows the science behind everything he puts in his routines. I really admire that, and it helps when he tells me the reason why what I’m doing is effective and the exact effect it will have. All in all, I know Konrad knows his stuff, really cares and likes to see his clients succeed, and is a honest person in general. I highly recommend him as a personal trainer.
