I was nervous and scared to try electrolysis! Jacqueline was kind, patient and very knowledgeable! The best part is I only had a few treatments and noticed a huge difference! I’m so glad I did this because it’s shaved (no pun intended) so much time off my daily routine!!! It’s painful but it works!

I had an awesome experience with this business. I have never had any hair removal, but with age I have gotten some «beard and mustache» hairs that are driving me crazy and I was tired of plucking. I did some googling and learned that electrolysis is the only way to permanently remove hair. I found this business based on Unilocal reviews and it was relatively close, so I made an appointment online. I loved the online reservations system, so easy, and I was able to get an appointment the next day.
The office was a little hard to find (entrance is in the parking lot under the building), but once I was there it was great. Jacqueline removed my hair and it was really about the same pain level as plucking. Except this time it is forever! The most amazing part was that she would not take any payment, since it was only a few hairs and she does free «consultations» for first time clients.

This was my first time doing electrolysis. I had read up on it and thought about it for awhile. I went in and Jacqueline assured me of the procedure which put me to ease. I felt comfortable, it’s a nice quiet office that’s private and calming. There’s also a nail shop next door which is a bonus!!! I’ll be going back this week, I love the results already!!! Come here and have Jacqueline help you, you won’t regret it!

Jacqueline is knowledgeable and sweet. I came to her after failed laser treatments. I didn’t know what to expect, but she was honest during the first treament and explained clearly what to do before treatment and what to expect after.
I don’t think the treatments are too painful. The area worked on also returns to normal fairly quickly. I had above the lips done in the morning, and would look just as usual within a couple of hours.
I am glad I found Jacqueline, and would recommend her to anyone.
