Jack In The Box

Been getting breakfast here recently as I’ve been packing to move to another part of town. Service has generally been good and the staff friendly.
But this morning when I opened my bag at home for my sausage crossaint that’s all that was in the bag… the crossaint! No ketchup (no one asked) no NAPKIN???
HEY JACK IN THE BOX, trying to cut corners?
Since this was my final day at my old place, I had no condiments or napkins available. Is it really too much to expect napkins and a packet or two of ketchup with my crossaint? So disappointed Jack!

I had a good experience here. There were a lot of customers coming in and out. The restaurant sits right in front of a bus stop, so there are a lot of transients. The general appearance of this restaurant is updated. The restrooms were clean and there was plenty of seating and parking. I really liked the soda machine that dispenses all sorts of variety of drinks and flavor additives like cherry.
I ordered two Jumbo Jacks with a buy one get one free coupon. I think they modified my burger because it had two beef pattys and double the cheese. It was unexpected, but I can’t complain… it was very good. The manager even told me that «these burgers were made just for you.» Perhaps because the drive thru was backed up and there was a long wait for my food. I really didn’t mind since I went there to study and I wasn’t starving.
It is definitely worth going back and to use the second coupon I have.

Good for the money… we have all had better but it cost more… great fod if the in a hurry or on a tight budget

I work right down the street, so I end up here quite a bit. Cheap and quick, even if its «not good for you». Erica (Erika?) took my order at the drive thru, and she was super nice and friendly, something I don’t find a lot at fast food. Whoever was the cook today (2-​4-​2015) at 11:00 ish, made my food PERFECTLY.
There is never a long wait, the diner is always clean, and I haven’t had a single bad experience at this location.

One of the better jack in the boxes, I’ve been to… They are always polite and usually the dining area is clean. The only downside is that they can get very backed up when it gets busy. Just as long as you’re willing to wait for a little bit then it’s worth it!

We have visited this Jack in the Box on a few occasions when we have been too lazy to cook. The food has always been fresh and delicious, not hit or miss like most fast food restaurants.
I should minus one star because we usually get gypped on curly fries, which is probably a good thing for our scale. =)

What can I say? It’s fast food & it’s jack in box. Food is always hot & fresh. The server usually asks if I was happy with their service.
(So, I’m rating it for a fast food place.)

I’m getting the car smogged across the street and snacking options are limited without having to hoof it a few more blocks. On a warm day outside, the AC is keeping their tiny dining room comfortably cool. Pop music plays from the speakers, but there’s no TVs to amuse. The place is clean and there’s no token needed to access the bathroom like some of the rougher ‘hoods.
They don’t have one of those fancy kiosks where you can order from the touchscreen, but the friendly gal wearing the drive-​thru headset promptly rings me up. Straightforward order goes in and the food comes out fast and error-​free. This time.
Curly fries without the short, curly hairs. Nice.

How can you not like jack in the box!?! They have breakfast all day, sourdough, churros and the best fake meat tacos you can find. With a fast and prompt late night drive thru it’s the perfect Muncie cure. Just be careful pulling out into the street and don’t run the red light.

A few problems with this place, but i think the main issue would be some of there staff, well 1^st. They messed up my order, i still ate it anyways just because im not a picky person but still not acceptable & 2^nd. Horrible customer service, i dont kno if they even know what customer service is. I over heard & saw an employee tell a gentlemen sitting next to me «lemme get that number «with her hands pretty much grabbing it already. The correct way to do that «may i get the number on your table please» not just reach your hands over someone food and demand it, im only giving this place 2 stars because my fries were fresh & the interior of the place is nicer then most jack in the box ive been too

I ordered bacon potato wedges and a bacon cheeseburger. yes I love bacon
The food was hot and fresh. It was the lunch time rush and they were trying to move the line
I’m never really in this area but there is only about four other fast food places around here so they are definitely the one I’m going to visit

I ordered the Sirloin cheese burger and 2 large diet dr. pepper, 10 bucks, pricey but good. Service was quick and Nancy gave me the senior discount even though I hadn’t mentioned being an oldster. All in all, I like this jack in the box.

I rate this JITB location a two because:
I found a hair (straight) in my curly fries.
The chicken nuggets and egg rolls were unduly greasy.
My Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburger had one piece of bacon.
Realistically, JITB isn’t where I go for quality food product, I recommend you make peace with that before you arrive.

I like Jack in the Box. On occasion, I like this Jack in the Box, but those occasions are growing further and further apart. I like to start my day by taking a Breakfast Jack and a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger, tossing one bottom bun aside like a discus and mashing them together into a super Breakfast Burger like the train-​wreck my life would eventually become if I ate these consistently enough. Burger, Cheese, Bacon, Egg, Ham, and More Cheese! What could go wrong. Well… You can receive a half cooked Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger with no Bacon or Cheese for that matter, unknowingly mash it up with you perfectly fine Breakfast Jack and ruin both. Shame on you Jack in the Box… Shame on you for running my Breakfast Bacon Jack, Jr. Burger. Shame. On. You.
Other complaints: The distance between the counter and the door is short and cause the line to almost go out the door to the point you expect to see a bouncer. There are pictures of Jack with a lobster? Which makes me think they focused grouped some sorta Lobster Burger but it didn’t go well?

On the Plus Side: 7 outta 10 times this place will do you right, it’s still a Jack in the Box, so if you hate Jack, just don’t go. The Lunch Rush is where they are taxed most and make the most mistakes. Two Stars but I still love you Jack and keep going back.

They mess up my order every time i go there! Make sure u check your bags before you leave! Soggy fries, wrong chicken sandwich, no ketchup and i asked for it multiple times, rudeee staff!

This place is horrible!!! They always forget things, they have terrible customer service, and always reluctant to fix what they screwed up! Amazing this is a local company. Avoid all Fast food in the Mission Gorge Area! They all Suck!

Not a big Jack In The Box fan myself, as I’m not a big fast food person. But this location is open twenty four hours which is good when you need something late. The inside of this place is clean and up kept. Only bummer I gave this place is their NFC paypass in the drive through doesn’t work, so you have to hand the cashier your card.

Jack in the box is well… jack in the box. They have a great value menu and they don’t charge for sauces. This jack in the box though, is unique.
I ordered a 5 piece chicken nuggets and well, I guess workers can’t count with their fingers here. Instead of receiving my simple number of 5 pieces I only got 4. I mean how hard is it to count five? Five fingers, five toes, everyone should know how many five is. I guess workers here only have four fingers and no thumb? They couldn’t grab that last piece because they were lazy? Not to mention my order of fries looked like someone grabbed a handful and ate them and gave me the left overs.
1 star here for the chicken nugget that didn’t make it’s way to my grease bag.

Good little spot. kind of busy. The food comes out quickly and it’s hot and good for a fast food place. The inside is clean and they have remodeled this place and so it makes it nice!!!

This location blows. I ordered «The Big Deal «which consists of a taco, fries, a small burger and a small drink for under $ 3. Sounds like a deal yea?
The drink was fine, everything else was not. Stale stale stale. Stale fries, stale bread and stale taco.
I went up and complained and it was all replaced. Kudos for that, i guess.
