This place is always fully stocked with Chuck Taylor’s, and if you know me, you know that they’re my jam. White or black, almost every day of the week, they’re usually what I have strapped to my feet and this is where I’ve been going to get them for the past couple of years.
The store location itself is located on the second level? Third level maybe? Could even be the fourth? If you know Horton Plaza at all you’ll understand the confusion with levels and how to locate stores, but I digress. Anyhoo, once I make it through the front door I usually track down the first employee I see, let them know my size and color, hand them my credit card and skip the entire test drive phase. I know these shoes and I know them well. Ring me up and I am on my way in five minutes or less, never fails.
I was in a hurry on my last visit and they sent me on my way with two pairs of size 10s rather than 10.5s and I didn’t catch it until I was already in Palm Springs getting ready to go out. Womp, womp! They’re a little snug but I’ve learned to handle it — no bunions yet!

Very pleasant shopping experience today with rep Ted.
Besides having incredible patience helping my daughter find nice boots in her size he offered a nice Military Discount. To top it off he’s a very Knowledgeable LA Lakers fan and we had a good pre-​season conference on the upcoming season.
