my daughter loves this store. I think they are a bit over priced but if this is what makes her happy then it’s worth it.

My girls love this place. They love the styles, the glitter, and we love how they always have sales and discounts. Helpful staff, items are always in stock and you will not leave empty handed. There is lots of little toys and gadgets to look at while you shop. Great place for gifts too.

Justice sure has a lot of sparkle going on, and it never phases out. I appreciate they always have some sort of sale. They have cute merchandise if you can adjust to all the glitter and bling. Sometimes, it overwhelms me. It’s one of those stores where I can’t wait for my kids to out grow it. Yet, I want to embrace this moment and appreciate their innocence and youth; so I am in no hurry to quit shopping here. The sales people are always super patient and helpful. The clothes are well made mostly. We have had some tricky returns with out receipts (gifts). We have never had a problem. If they lost some of the glitter and glitz I would manage another star, but the clothes are the same thing, just in a different shape, or saying with same sparkle and look over and over. Some variety would go a looooong way. Sorry Justice, we do love ya!

OMG — pre-​teen/​teen overload with all the colors, sequins, buttons and ruffles. And it’s on most every item of clothing in the store. All the sales clerks look to be in their late teens/​early 20’s and have the customer service skills you might expect from a late teen/​early 20 year old. The store has so many sales/​email coupons, I’d never venture back here without a coupon as their regular prices seem to be on the high side for the quality. For instance, a 2 piece set of girls pajamas was $ 35 but seemed a little more tolerable at 40% off. For my dollars and sanity I’d stick with Kohl’s — my personal shopping preference.

My 1^st grade little girl is already a fashion diva and this is the place for the hippest kid stuff around.
Full priced items are ridiculously overpriced… but it seems that you ca shop smart here with sales and coupons etc…
I made my first purchase online…
Had some trouble with the order arriving… called customer service… while they did not sound professional they were helpful and replace my order …
Had to do a few returns and I opted to do it in store.
No refund once hefty shipping… I spent $ 270 and still got charged $ 30 for shipping which they taxed… so I was out $ 33.eeek. Lesson learned… before you shop online .know the sizing because most of what I ordered was too big.
Customer service in store was friendly …
The store was bright and sparkly and made me feel like is was in 7^th grade again…
I am looking forward to bringing my little girl back to use her store credit .she is going to love it here!
.plus we had earned some justice cash $ 25 off $ 50…so I guess if I use that… I’m kinda getting my shipping back. right?
