Laura has been my point-​of-​contact at K&R for more than a year now and everything has been wonderful. She (along with the whole K&R team) are very responsive, flexible and friendly. Definitely recommend.

So I’ve been meaning to write a good review for K&R for a long time. Being «IT challenged» can be a very tough disability these days, but Dave, Jeremy, Laura, Mick Mark and basically everyone I have worked with are absolutely amazing, knowledgeable and very nice about correcting my bone-​head mistakes.
I don’t know where my business would be with K&R, but I can tell you they have saved me a lot of time, money and resources with their assistance on more than one occasion.

Not what I would expect from a company like k &r. Not happy or impressed. I spoke to a lady on the phone and she was rude. She told me I was receiving what I had paid for. Yes, the concept they offer is amazing but is it worth the bad customer service? No! I have taken my business elsewhere. She was so rude I had to hang up on her.
