Nice place :)

Very disappointed, went for a pregnancy craving I ordered some chicken tenders they told me they didn’t have any. I then decided on popcorn chicken and once again they told me they didn’t have any. I have never been to a KFC where they run out of certain food. Never going back there again

Love the $ 5 fill-​up boxes. Affordable and fulfilling. Nothing to fancy, just like any fast food restaurant.

We just finished eating to go from here. Terrible with a big L! Food was dried out. I got three strips of chicken in a box and it cost the same as my roommates TWO chicken pieces the more expensive WHITE MEAT with rib. They didn’t ask or give us our 2 sides… I can’t do everybody’s job! I do mine then I want to partake in YOU doing yours. This the worse KFC. They now have this human recording offering an 8 piece meal. I said stop I don’t want it. She went and on. Dried out biscuit and chicken. I got the chicken strips because they were less expensive but charged more. Nope. Here you pay the same as someone getting a box dinner with breasts… And for those over price three chicken strips I ordered the sauce. Nope. You guessed it. Nope. I needed Koo-​aide to wash this shoe down… No. No. This is why I don’t do fast food often and at KFC. It sucks in service and wrong orders and you pay and don’t get it. I love McDonald’s customer service or Wendy’s… Jack tacos!

Terrible service took 20 minutes. Everything else was good the food and the drinks. I like how the guy who gave me my food apologized for the wait and gave me free cookies. I would recommend going to a different place but the the workers are nice.

Very clean friendly place to eat way better than Popeyes and church’s Imo you can see the kitchen is very well managed. Robert or Richard (can’t remember his name) was very helpful about their menu items and specials with $ 40.00 i got 16 pc 8 biscuits 4 large sides great variety and most important chicken was fresh, juicy on point well seasoned.

Place order thru drive with a nice voice on the other end offering me a summer meal which I agreed to, next thing i know im talking to a man… I get to window, pay @ 9:06pm they say its going to take ten minutes and if I wanted to wait. starving toddler in back could not afford to head else where, so I said yes not like I had much of a choice I dought they can cook any faster, so I parked out front till 9:25+ took my kid out of the car seat walked in stood at the counter forever. The man who seemed to be high on meth ask If I wanted to order something (same guy who took my order at the drive thru) I told him no I couldn’t wait any longer and had to leave please issue me a refund, so he calls over the manager im guessing Jayana or something, and she doesn’t say a word just looks at my receipt and opens the register and fumbles around then tells me she cant give me my money with out the 15 I tell her i dont have change (thinking she was talking about cents).she said no the $ 15 dollers from the $ 40 bucks, she didn’t explain that she didn’t have the rest of the cash, just assumed I would figure it out so I grab the receipt so i know to grab exact change from the Car, I grabbed the half gallon of lemon aid I forgot in the car I could of just took but they where not being to crazy yet so I didn’t care. walked in gave her $ 15 and she now ask for the receipt again told her i dont know must of gave it back to her or lost it in the car while i was getting her change then i asked her what’s your excuse for all this she said «what» im like «my food where is it» «don’t I get an excuse at least» she said «didn’t he tell you it would take long» and I said yeah 10 minutes its now 9:30+ so she makes a face like its the guys fault for telling me ten in my mind im thinking (cant believe she actually wanted me to stick around longer). So then we go back to the money she now has $ 40 of mine and is now saying cant help me with out the receipt i told her just give me my money and im out back and forth for ever, people are there so she ask that we walk out to my car so she can help search, I was done she followed me out to my car I asked her rapidity to give me my money now she is screeming at me in front of my son about a receipt that she already seen and had been processing but did not have cash in her register, I asked why she was refusing to give me my money back? then told her to keep the money my son does not need to hear this hopped in my car while i was closing my door she grabs it, I turned around and ask what the hell she thought she was doing she said trying to give your money back I then just grabbed it and took off. not sure what the hell happened with the food all i know is that a bunch of people in and out replacing propane tanks so maybe they ran out of gas I dont know.

I drove in the drive thru at 10.00pm and I asked for macroni cheese and the lady was somehow tired for working overshift or had her bad moment. Very time I asked for mac and cheese or I said it if full statement as macroni cheese, she reply as bucks. 7 times I would say MAC AND CHEESE please, she would respond as bucks. I finally drove by and stop at the window and politely remained her every time I request for mac and cheese you would respond BUCKS whats going on? She said I have an accent and they reserve the right to refuse services someone like me. I was shocked! We actually drove 2 mile down when we arrived the city from Sanjose 7hours drive. My kids were very hungry crying and she couldn’t have empathy for that. she closed the window and said lound and clear to go away. I am an American citizen and I run very successful business which consist of import and exports. If I would have recorded this moment, I would have sued the company and take the matter to the media .she even claim that she is the manager. She is dark skin, short and a bit skinny. She forget she has an accent herself which I am sure 100% she is high school drop out. Above all America is land of Immigrants and we are pround that we dont discriminate based on how we speak.

I ordered the leg and thigh combo. It was a great deal! Comes with drink and a cookie biscuit and a side. There customer service is Great! Nice polite.

Why does every fried chicken place, and I mean *every* fried chicken place where the workers who speak a first language other than English like to give me mashed potatoes when I clearly ask for mac n cheese?
The world may never know.

The Famous Bowl consisted of:

This combination of goodness was almost perfect, however, the only thing that ruined it was how salty the chicken was. This reminded me of why I don’t really like their fried chicken. Other than that, it was a yummy fix.

My friend and I were the only customers there and somehow the lady forgot to give my friend water. I mean, sure people forget but really, we were the ONLY customers inside. She also looked like she didn’t even care and wanted to leave. Everyone has a bad day, but she should at least fake a smile. It just made the environment kind of blah.

I’m not particularly a KFC fan, I actually prefer Popeyes, but because this location is just down the street from where I live, I’ve visited here a few times. Every time I come here the drive thru attendants have ALWAYS been so friendly! That’s refreshing considering that customer service, particularly in fast food establishments, always seem to be lacking. But not here! The food is always served fresh, hot, and fast here as well.

The drive thru genius had an attitude when I asked her the specials. I order my food and in return I get SILENCE!. I just said thank you and drove up to the window where I see my order was $ 2 more then what she told me it was at the box!.

Service doesn’t get much better than this, super nice and even wiped the cup off before giving it to me. Food was great, I will be back!

Very good! I think the girl making my order didn’t know that I was getting a four piece. Well the story goes like this I was on University and I ordered some chicken and the girl had turn the grill off at 9:30. I only eat grilled so I was in a dilemma. Originally I called the El Cajon Blvd. store to inquire about if they had grilled or not. this store is so far from my house but Mike the director of operations gave me a Free meal. Well everything turned out to go well for me except that only got a three piece! It was free so I don’t care. Tyra is really good manager!!!

This is the worst KFC I’ve ever been to. I pulled into the drive through at 4:40 pm with 2 cars in front of me. My order was not taken until 4:53 pm. I ordered a Go Cup with 2 tenders, wedges and a Chicken Little Sandwhich. Once I paid, I was told they were out of wedges and to pull into a parking spot and a employee would deliver it to me. I did not receive my food until 5:18, after going in to complain. While inside I spoke to a manager who asked me what I needed, I told her that I was out side waiting for my food. The manager then yelled at the girl that took my order, who then proceeded to tell me that their machine was broken and that they were trying to cook more wedges. However, I had seen mutliple orders come and go while I was there waiting. So all together that’s 25 minutes from the time I ordered until I received my food. Additionally, the entire time I was in the parking lot, I had to listen to a employee’s ridiculous rant on her phone which included discussions of smoking weed with crystal in it. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because they tried to offer me free food because I had to wait.

Don’t go hungry bc they are always out of something, from chicken to sides there’s always something!
Not toe room having to wait 10 min for grilled? Don’t advertise it and not have it ready. Food is decent when it’s in stock

Super friendly staff. Food is just like any other KFC. Ordered the grilled chicken and it was pretty moist. Most times it seems to be over cooked a bit but it looks like this place got it right. I’d come back :)

I did not k know that KFC offered a BBQ Chicken sandwich combo. That being said, I ordered it with wedge fries, a side of cole slaw, and a drink. (

I was worried that the BBQ sauce may be a little to sweet, but that was not the case. It was decently balanced and came nicely coated over the tender chicken pieces. (
) The flavor of the sandwich was good. I topped it with some of the cole slaw and I made me a real BBQ sandwich! (
) I really liked the bun. It came warm and moist. The cole slaw was decent, I little on the sweet side and I thought it needed more of a vinegar bite. The Wedge fries were very good. They came seasoned well and had a good fry on them. (

The service was okay. I do not know if I came towards the end of a shift change because the employees at the front certainly gave off the feeling that they were ready to go home. Nevertheless, the food arrive at a good amount of time and the place seemed pretty tidy when I arrived. The outside of this building is well maintained.

This is a nicer newer KFC restaurant. Got the $ 5.00 meal deal with the Doublecious sandwich and coleslaw. I also got an order of the 5 piece hot wings. Sandwich was good and the wings were good too. Only gripe that I have is that the pieces (wings and the grilled chicken) are kind of small. The grilled chicken taste is good, but c’mon already with the bigger pieces. Can get noisy here when kids are in school. It’s close to Hoover High school so a lot of the kids come over here during lunch.
