Management needs to take a serious look at who they hire to run this wiener hut, because it was absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Here’s a thought, try and hire someone who is at least courteous, helpful, enthusiastic, listens to what the customer wants, or is at least competent! Go to In and Out and see what difference it makes.

I wanted the Polish sandwich today. I haven’t had one in years. I was asked if I wanted Sauerkraut with my sandwich. To which I replied«Of course». The sauerkraut cost 60 cents extra plus tax. I realized I should have gone to Costco where you get a Polish Dog on a bun with sauerkraut and a drink for $ 1.50. The same thing at Wienerschnitzel cost me about $ 4.35 without a drink.

Unsatisfied with my food I ordered today and the price seemed to to up. Ordered a root beer float, strawberry shake small, bacon ranch fries, chilli cheese dog, and corn dog for $ 17. I really hate going to this place unless is use coupons but I last went to the Convoy location and it was way cleaner and tasted more fresh.

HORRIBLE! I don’t know why I even go to this GD place… oh yeah I do: because it’s the only GD Der-Shnitz for a good 10 miles. Check it out ya’ll: they should shut this yuck-hut down for real; they simply do not deserve to exist. I don’t even know where to begin with my critique of this ramshackle rat trap; therefore I will just let you know straight up: DONOTWASTEYOURTIME or $, THISPLACEWILLALWAYSGETYOURORDERWRONGANDTHEQUALITYIS A STEPDOWNBELOWDOGFOOD. Call the FDA, call the FCC, call 911! Because. this. place. suuuuuuuuucks!

Seriously the worst customer service I have ever received. Management need to teach employees how to deal with paying customers.

Make sure you implicitly demand fresh fries and then make sure you watch them drop new fries cause they will just re-dip old fries back in the fryer. I mean really, how hard is it to drop a new batch of fries, it’s what I asked for! But when they make them right, they’re so so good. Chili cheese fries that is. Pretty much the only reason I come here. And I only come when I have coupons.

Corns dogs are the best here! the menu can get pretty wild with different combinations of chili cheese. haha. tend to stick to the easy things rather than the complicated ones. don’t come here often(which is a good thing) but each time its satisfying

Wow. I know it is just hot dogs, but wow. $ 8.50 for 2 hot dogs, fries and a cup of water. A small(very small) cup of water will run you $ 0.30 here. The food meh. To be honest, for $ 8.50 I would have much rather had a whole pizza or something from someplace else.

I have to upgrade this location at least the one star, and I may even go the full two. I have been frequenting this location when I am in need of my chili cheese fries. It is entirely out of my way and a little bit of a pain in the you know what due to the construction around the city and the times I am available to go. The service is so good though and of course who’s bummed about a drive thru?! They give out good coupons too! I love my Hillcrest location but this one has won me over. I just tried the chicken dippers and they’re good! I used the ‘buy an order and get a free small drink’ coupon and I was pretty pleased with that. Their strawberry lemonade is good too. Just remember to stir it thoroughly otherwise you’ll get ¾ of watered down lemonade water and ¼ of lemonade thickness at the bottom. Bleh. Also they have regular deals daily if you don’t have the good fortune of a coupon. So either way, it’s a win. Go any day after 5:00 pm and Lupe will take great care of you!

Came in the other day to get the 5 for $ 5.00 special. It was pretty good and fast. I like this location. Service was also good and friendly. I just wish they would stop trying to upsell all of the time. It gets a bit overwhelming

I have a hard time resisting an all beef Angus dog topped off with grilled flavorful pastrami. Today I succumbed to such a vice and had one. This location is not in the best part of town and the place can use a little clean up, but at least they serve a good pastrami dog. The dog itself was flavorful and was dynamite with the mustard and pickle spear.( ) The Angus dog was juicy and had good flavor.( ) But, what topped it off, the pastrami, is what made it for me. The salty slightly fatty meat was very good.( ) The pretzel bun it was served on was okay. I have had this pastrami dog before, but with better results, when it comes to the pretzel bun. This particular one was not as moist and flavorful as the ones I had before elsewhere. It was a little tough and flat in flavor. That is to bad because it would of been at least a 4 star event. The service was quick and personable.

I hadn’t been to Wienerschnitzel(I had to look at the page title to spell that! Jeez!) in such a long time! I was pleasantly surprised with how nice the people were, how fast the drive through service was, and how(even though you feel guilty later) good the food was. I got Chili Cheese Fries — a classic. Still delicious, greasy, and right to the core of your comfort food center. I also got a Corn Dog. Fun surprise on there! I get a free corn dog next time I go, it says so right on the stick! I just have to take it with me! So that was fun. We entered the«code» on the other corn dog as well, and we didn’t win anything. Then we realized the code was exactly the same on every single non-winning corn dog. So basically they want your e-mail address. Kind of a bummer. I will be going back though! I want that free corn-dog!

I love Wienerschnitzel! It’s a fast food place with great chili dogs. Drive-thru was quick with only one employee, so she was working hard! Not a bad place and prices are as any other fast food joint.

I don’t understand why people write reviews for places out of their genre. Wienerschnitzel is cheap fast food in a «transitional» neighborhood. That said, I was out late and wanted something cheap and quick. For $ 3.99 I had a bacon wrapped hot dog with chili, a mustard dog AND another turkey dog. Service was quick even with a line in the front and the drive thru. Not bad to have every once in a while.

The thing you need to know is that the Hot Dogs advertised on sale are typically pork by default and beef costs extra. This place actually does accept coupons but just don’t expect fresh fries in your chili cheese fries. Food is messy but great tasting if you’re a fast food enthusiast like me *cough* animal

If my Burrito or my Chili Dog falls apart it’s an automatic 1 star, nothing can help your review in my opinion. I am going to elaborate here though: — First of all I’m a huge fan of my $ 1.62 Polish Sausage and Sprite at Costco, it hits the spot and leaves me satisfied. — I paid $ 5.15 for an anemic chili dog and regular fry that was probably the worst fries I’ve ever had. I left feeling cheated and unsatisfied. — In an area with a ton of burrito shops and Phở, go elsewhere. — $ 5.15 for this? I hope they go out of business so I never have to be reminded of how pissed off I was driving away from this place.

I’m gonna be honest with you, I am a member of the Wiener Lovers Club. It’s great because they send you coupons all the time for free chili dogs and stuff, but this Wienerschnitzel, sadly, does not participate. I still give them props though, because the staff is really nice, and if you know this part of town, I think that says a lot. They also agreed to honor my coupon just this once. That’s plus one star. I think this place is definitely the spot for when you’re in the mood for over-indulging your fat-receptors. But alas, this place is but a fading star since I discovered Hot Dog on a Stick. Still, sometimes I need chili and cheese on everything I’m eating. When I have that craving, I come here.
