It was amazing to find Dr. Tran as pediatrician doctor for my son who was a couple weeks old infant. Dr Tran has so great experience with nice office staffs that always treat and care clients. When my son had a problem with his eyes infection, I called Dr. Tran to get the description from him right at pharmacy near home without spend time and money for gas to his office. Dr. Tran gave me a great advice on phone and got the right medicine to treat my son immediately and my son eyes infection totally gone the next day. Dr. Tran is so kindness and great experience that I need for my family doctor. Reason I recommend all for Dr. Tran because I made mistake went to other pediatrician doctor who wanted my son went through many tests but my son was fine; no experience whatsoever, so I changed to Dr. Tran immediately. Dr. Tran and office staff are wonderful. I made an online appointment with Kaiser, got an appointment time and a reminder to check in early. When I arrived Kaiser informed me that I did not have an appointment and couldn’t fit me in. With a painful ear infection that I had had all weekend, I went to Dr. Tran’s office. They still had my chart from 2003. I was able to see him right away with no wait. He wrote my presciptions for my ear infection and sent me away with a bag full of sample Advils. The charge was $ 40.00 (cash only) which was well worth not returning to Kaiser’s urgent care in the evening.

I’ve been seeing this physician since day 01 (okay, maybe a couple days after I was born) they do physicals, tb testing, basically everything & if they can’t do a procedure at this office or check other parts of your anatomy, the doctor will referral you to another physician or specialist. This office takes all insurance & if you don’t have any medical coverages they will take cash only! No visa, if that’s all you got– there’s a bank of America across the street.
The Doctor here & his medical staff are all Vietnamese but do speak clear English, the MA also speaks Lao which is super convient for my Mother who don’t speak much English.
The wait here is not long, just sign your name into the log & wait to be called upon. I don’t recommend coming there around 1130– noon lol imade a mistake, ITS LUNCH TIME & had to wait for what seems like 60minutes. :)
