Klassic Kleaners

Nothing special. They mean well I believe. Had two shirts torn in the exact same spot. They tried to mend and looked awful, but at least they tried. Have had new shirts come back missing a button several times. 2016 resolution is to find someone better.

Same-​day service, convenient hours, friendly staff and quality work for a good price. I’ve been bringing my clothes here weekly for over a year.

Moved here from the east coast earlier this year with difficulties finding the every day services needed to create a routine and familiarity. After using another dry cleaning and laundry service and not being satisfied I stumbled upon klassic kleaners. I am extremely impressed with the staff’s sense of urgency, willingness to accommodate my crazy travel schedule and always greeted with a hello and a smile!!! I highly recommend klassic kleaners for the value and quality of service!!!

I was taking my clothes here for months and noticed on more than one occasion that the collars of my shirts looked as if they were getting pressed too long, as there were noticeable marks on them from where they were getting over-​pressed. I should’ve stopped going there after this happened the first time, but because the marks were just noticeable and the location was convenient, I kept going. However recently, I got a shirt back that was brand new when I took it in and after they cleaned it, it was so badly damaged in the collar area, that I literally will never be able to wear it again. I went in to talk to the owner and found him to be a pompous a-​hole. All he wanted to do was talk about how top of the line all their equipment and chemicals were and after being lectured about it for almost a half hour straight, he ended up blaming me for the damage done to the shirt because I bought an inferior product. NEVER, EVER go to this place if you value the clothing you need cleaned. It’s only a matter of time until they damage something and you’re sure to be the one blamed for it if they do. HORRIBLE!!!

They clean my suit within 24 hours for around $ 10. Sometimes I pay before, sometimes I pay after. Either way my suit looks PIIIIIIIIIIMP!
I think this is the most straight forward business I’ve Unilocaled, cause I’m in and out within 2 minutes. I can leave my sunglasses and headphones on, because talking is limited. In fact, next time I go, I’m gonna try to not say one word, and be in & out within a minute. It’ll be like a Nascar pit stop, and I bet it will totally work.

Let me start by saying this place is abysmal. Not only do they do a bad job of cleaning your clothes, but they charge more than close by competitors and also insult you to your face! I went to pick up a pair of pants one day and when I took them home I noticed they had been pressed, but all the food spots were still on the pants. I brought them in to point them out to the staff and the lady at the counter tried to argue with me about the spots, telling me she thought they were a dicoloration in the material. That was absolutely abserd since It was as clear as day they were food spots, and were not there before the last time I had worn the pants. Furthermore the pants are expensive and there is no way they could be discoloring. After she finally agreed to re-​clean them I picked them up the next day and low and behold, they were gone. I pointed it out to her that they were indeed food spots but instead of apologizing to me for trying to argue and make up excuses for why they were not properly cleaned in the first place, she hinted to me that I should take my business elsewhere! Bottom line these people had the audacity to put down another cleaners nearby claiming that they do not clean properly and thats why the price is higher — in reality they do just as bad a job, charge you more for it, give horrible customer service and then tell you to take your business elsewhere if you object. Do yourself a favor and take you business to another cleaners.

I have been taking my dry cleaning (there is a lot of it too as I wear suits to work everyday and am more of a dressy person on the weekends) here for four years. Ike, who usually works when I come in, knows me by name and is always really friendly. They have yummy chewy candies on the counter but I try not to eat them… they are too addicting. They do an excellent job, have prompt service, and I never have complaints about their work. I just don’t like that they charge so much for womens shirts and much less for mens. Other than that… a fine dry cleaner.

I’ve been using this dry cleaner for years. They are quick to acknowledge you when they walk through the door. I’ve never had any problems with items not being ready or had any complaints about the work done.
