Little Caesar’s Pizza

I don’t think ill ever want to come here again!!! i ordered a pepperoni pizza should have looked at it first! burnt stale hard to chew!!! we grabbed bit into 2 slices NASTY NASTY NASTY. and on top of that i bought meal #1 pizza bread sticks and soda. One: Nasty pizza Two: Didn’t give me my soda i called to return pizza employee spoke to the manager they said only 1 slice had to be missing!!! its not like im the only one who was going to eat the pizza!!! so 2 slices where missing THEN they said i had to wait to get my soda because they had to do a soda count! ARE YOU SERIOUS. Left them my number never got a call never got a voicemail we did not eat a single slice of the pizza after only bread sticks!!! on top i live like 15 min away and it was already 9pm. I went the next day after work took the pizza and to ask about my soda. employee was going to give me the pizza but said i would have to wait for the soda since manager was only 5 min away we waited manager said she didn’t know anything about a pizza (when when i called employee said manager only one slice had to be missing) and said she could only give me a soda since you can only exchange pizza on same DAY! I was mad left the soda. They said they had called me but no calls here and not even a message hmmmm i use to come here often now i really don’t think i will ever com here again. MANAGER ACTED LIKE SHE DIDN’T CARE DIDN’T EVEN LOOK AT THE PIZZA. i left them my nasty pizza and soda. BASICALLY I BOUGHT OVER PRICED BREAD STICKS.

I love the deep dish perfectly made .I have tried at other locations so far this was best. mgr John excellent customer service.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would! These people don’t know the meaning of customer service. I was trying the bacon wrapped pizza for the 1^st time. The one that was ready was visibly old & the 12 year old working the register told me that a fresh one would be out in TWO minutes & asked if I cared to wait. Well wait I did and not for two minutes but for 20! When I complained she ARGUED with me saying that she did NOT say two minutes but 15 then told me that she could give me my money back if I didn’t want to wait! I asked to speak to a manager. When she could be bothered to come from the back, she was laughing & giggling. She said «Yes?» With an attitude like I was keeping her from something. When I told her what happened, she apologized handed my pizza & coupons (as IF I would ever come back there!) & walked away! Not even an OFFER of anything free for my wait or anything! Their pizza is good & their prices are very reasonable but I don’t mind driving further to another location for good customer service. They have seen the first & last of me. I work TOO hard for my money to give it to people that don’t appreciate it.

Came here to pick up a $ 5.00 pepperoni pizza. It is your standard pizza. It is not as great as Pizza Hut. The crust was okay. The pizza had enough pepperoni covering the pizza. It had enough cheese but I wish they put more. My daughter loves a good cheese pizza. You order your pizza and take it home because it is not a dine in pizza place. There were a few seats in front while you wait for your pizza.
I don’t frequent this location too often cause I would rather get my pizza at Pizza Hut. While I was sitting down, I heard the lady up front and the lady in the back arguing about someone’s order. Hostility in the work environment. After the arguing, she told us she would be with us in a minute. Within minutes our pepperoni pizza came out. Wow! That was fast. I really think they had premade pizza in the back. I guess you get what you pay for. Not the greatest pizza but it was just okay.

Call in before you order the delicious deep dish pizza or you will be outside waiting 15 minutes for the pizza. I mean it’s worth the wait but not when your hungry and have a hungry baby in the car lol.

They really messed up our night.
It was my friend’s bday and he wanted the bacon pizza. We have never been there before and now I know why.
I told the girl who answered the phone that we needed the pizza within 15 mins because we had to be at a surprise party. We sat there for more than 25 mins before we complained. And then we overheard them say they hadn’t even made the pizza!!!
They made us miss the surprise and I am still fuming!
They didn’t apologize or even offer a dang free breadstick. Complete incompetence and oblivious to customer service.
Very disappointing.
Oh! And after all that– no bacon in the crust!!! And no bleu cheese for the wings. Seriously?

Meh, the pretzel pizza I’d actually pretty good for the price. Never get anything other than that so…

The people that work here do not take their job serious, they laugh and joke too much, their pizza is old and cold, the pizza is not rotated properly, i use to work for little Caesars pizza in palmdale, A employee’s job description is simple, there is no good reason to be unprofessional and silly

So my husband walked in the door at 10pm minutes until 10pm wanting a «hot and ready pizza» he stood there for a minute listening to the girl in the back telling her co worker to tell him were closed… Then she turned and said «we’re closed». My husband replied your sign says 10pm she argues with him that their clock says 10pm and not 2 minutes before as he walked in someone was walking out with a pizza! Horrible customer service. If I could give 0 stars I would.

The morning manager Sally was incredibly rude my order was simple one pepperoni one cheese & a Hawaiian with lemon pepper wings I got two pepperoni with garlic wings attitude & under cooked food equals me never returning to that garbage dump of a restaurant

This is the place you go to get a quick pizza. They always have some made which is awesome, the downside is that it is not always fresh. I am not quite sure what it is about pizza places that seem so uncomfortable and uninviting. Not much else to say other than you get what you paid for, and your should not expect much from a pizza place that has a roman cartoon character, it is wrong in so many ways.

Get the crazy bread too!!! Pizza tastes great the day after too.

Good for a quick cheap meal on the go.

It’s little ceasers. Kinda shocked it got a 5. Look if your in a pinch and need some grub for a pot luck than this is your place. But if you have some time get the pick up order from Dominos, giant king pizza or hot and tasty pizza in the same area.

great location, nice service and if you’re going for the hot and ready pizza theres little chances that you will have to wait in line for them.
